They live through life the hard way, it's not that they don't have the ability to be soft and passive but everything around them forces them to be strong. Forcing that drive and anger, that fighting spirit to come out. Surprisingly they aren't ones to pick fights. It's just that the world, from the second they were born decided to pick them as their warriors. Suddenly, everyone has a bone to pick with you. Just like breathing, protection and defence become second nature.

Let me stop you right there.
1. I don't date men. Cute assumption, though. Really shows how your brain works - anyone who talks about queerness with confidence must secretly be straight-passing and "pretending"? That's not insight. That's just recycled biphobia.
2. "First world privileges" - baby, I live in one of the most homophobic countries in the world. Where people get fired for being queer. Where "gay propaganda" laws exist. Where holding hands with someone of the same gender can get you harassed or worse. But sure, tell me more about my cozy first-world bubble.
3. "Can't shut up about how queer she is" - you know why? Because visibility in a place that wants you invisible is survival. Because young queer kids in my country are watching, and they need to see someone who refuses to be silent. You're not mad that I'm queer. You're mad that I'm loud about it.
4. And finally - the fact that you felt the need to send this anonymously? That tells me everything. You don't want a conversation. You want to feel superior. But all you did was out yourself as someone who bullies strangers online based on stereotypes.
I've survived internalized homophobia, self-hatred, fear, and a country that would prefer I didn't exist. A sad little anonymous message from someone who thinks they can diagnose my life from a few paragraphs? That's not a burn. That's a badge of honor.
Stay mad. I'll stay queer. 🌈
