This is so hard for me to answer because I honestly don't feel like I have an art style at all (my process is different for every drawing and im constantly evolving/changing)
my biggest tip [for art styles] would have to be.....doing master studies from artists you like (the more professional the better). like, my biggest inspirations are final fantasy & other jrpgs, so i study from those. focusing on what shapes they use to draw noses/eyes/limbs/etc. paying attention to what they do and dont include (eyelids, lips, nostrils, muscles, and so on). i mostly spend 70% of my art journey studying (from other artists but also from real life)
as for rendering...i did not start rendering properly until this yearr omg im so bad at it! my biggest tips are: dont be afraid to use darker shadows! using a limited color palette looks nice! textures are super important! studying from other mediums helps a lot too (graphic design and cinematography are my go-to)!
