I curious, what's your garmadon's relationship with nya like?
Its a subtle thing in the show but the more I think of it, the more interesting it feels
Nya was kidnapped by garmadon in the pilot, spent at least a month of not longer there, knows how to fight in the beginning of season 1 with zero explanation, and has no negative reaction to being around garmadon at all throughout the series.
I could be wrong about that last point, I don't remember how she interacts with him during the oni trilogy but still
My running headcannon is that garmadon trained her during the pilots and they just never brought it up (possibly because of kai)

I wrote this down as her description when I first redesigned her:
I like to think she invites Garmadon to help out with small tasks to show him he is capable of more than just destruction, such as holding machine parts or pieces with his 4 arms, helping her move things, and even taking care of plants (yes, he has a Christofern :D).
I wouldn't say she 100% fully trusts him, she's just open to helping him out because she can see he's really trying :)
Added some horns to a Garmadon doodle just to see what he'd look like
