The reason that Shamsi dislikes Robby and his "pressionable" personality with Javadi is because Robby loves when people have attitude.
We see that Javadi has no issue giving back what she's given when she's comfortable. She's sassy! she's judgmental! she makes snide comments and gives attitude.
Robby encourages it! He loves that!
She now has someone who ENJOYS that personality. It also allows her to feel more confident, she's allowed to talk back to other people. She has shit to say and she will say it.
It's not a surprise that in an environment she is allowed to talk back in and she's allowed to have out of the box thinking, she struggles to go back to an environment where talking back is not encouraged and rigid thinking is the expectation.

Excellent question. Donate to charity is the first thing that comes to mind. Probably something like doctors without borders, world central kitchen and UNICEF. Second thing would be ask my mum what I should do with all that money. And then get a second opinion from my dad.
