new GVBM update!

you can now design and share your own templates. you just draw the background, the animated border is chosen from a list after :]

if you submit a template with "submit for featuring" checked, it gets sent to me for review, and if you're lucky, it'll be published on the blinkie maker page :] you can also post your share codes wherever you like! choosing 'unlisted' means your template won't be displayed for other users in the featured block, but you can still share it yourself. you can also just keep your share code private and use it as a backup!

this update is pretty big, and i won't be surprised if it breaks some stuff. testing by myself only does so much. i'd appreciate if y'all could give it a try and tell me if there's any issues.
