hiiii! just wanted to stop by after reading the dovewing comic and say that i immensely enjoyed it! the art is mesmerizing and the designs are gorgeous, and in my humble opinion your characterization of tigerheart was very grounded and based on his canon tendencies. don't let the haters put you down and continue doing what you love! i would love to see a continuation of the au in the future. take care of yourself. <3

that one anon about your dovewing comic is pissing me off, cause he's not even yelling at Dovewing in the comic! He's specifically yelling at Ivypool!

Also, tigerheart is just not subtle. His manipulation of Dovewing is incredibly blatant from the beginning of their relationship. Hell, he's incredibly pushy about their kits in cannon too!

And honestly, even if it was a bit ooc, who cares?it's obviously supposed to be an au that actually addresses issues wc cannon refuses to. Just taking Tigerheart's character to a really logical conclusion

I really like your Dovewing comic! Although, I remember thinking Tigerheart and Dovewing was cute because of the lengths Tigerheart was willing to go for her. That must've been years ago when their super editions initially came out, and I haven't caught up on their story since. There were quite a bit of Tigerdove fans back then too, so I'm surprised to see that modern fans don't like the ship? Is there something I missed in their super editions or something else in the more recent books? Anyways, the dynamic between Dovewing and Ivypool feels natural in your comic, and I liked Ivypool's bickering with Tigerheart, lol. Beautiful art and story! Thank you!

this is tumblr user tomlivingspace im on anon bc its a sideblog. anyway. im so sorry people are being so weird about your dovewing au. people mischaracterize ivypool like crazy and make HER a "cartoon villain" all the time, but the moment you do that to tigerheart people lose their minds? it's not fair. your art is great and i LOVE your interpretations of the characters and i think your aus are really interesting. and i personally really appreciate you having a different interpretation of tigerheart than most people on here, especially as someone who has been trying to point out the double standard people seem to have regarding tigerheart in general compared to brambleclaw, crowfeather, etc. not to mention some of the crazy interpretations of other characters people have in the fandom
