This is mostly Anakt Garden Till and post-Karma Till but yeahh.

A = Affection (How affectionate are they? How do they show affection?)
Quality time and Gift giving. For Quality time he wouldn't outright ask you to spend time with him, he would internally feel giddy if you chose to spend time with him on your own. Although I feel like he would drop hints.
"Hm, I think I should go..." "Really? Oh, can you—help me with these lyrics before you go?"
And then it goes from five minutes to an hour of spending time together. He wouldn't follow you around that much, he's not like Luka... But if you followed him around instead he would be confused, like why are you following him? He's not angry but dont you have something better to do— (He gets a lil sad if you actually stop). He enjoys sitting next to you, doesnt matter if youre talking or not.
For Gift giving... He is very expressive and sensitive in my eyes so please dont be rude to him if you dont like his Gifts. He's awkward, he's sensitive he doesnt know how to show his love outright so he writes Songs for you, brings you stuff and trinkets he finds around or makes them himself because he thought 'You would like these type of things, yeah?' Dont tease him too much, he might think youre being mean.
B = Best friend (What would they be like as a best friend?)
Till is a very loyal person, the ride or die type or person. he will stand by you through absolute hell. He doesnt know how to be light hearted and it certainly shows. He's also fiercely protective, he wouldn't hesitate to defend you.
He hates bullies and oppresors, he wont think it through at all and will just Impulsivly lunge at the person and only once the consequences come later on does he think about it. He holds you very dearly even if he might not understand what he is feeling just yet.
But being deeply loyal and protective also comes with him being stubborn and notoriously avoidant. If things become too emotionally heavy or awkward he will in other words run away. Either that or he freezes up and turns his back rather than just talk it out with you. But he also wears his heart on a sleeve, I would say he's like an open book from how I see him.
He is an interesting best friend to have, just dont be a horrible person and try to keep up with his energy.
C = Cuddles (Do they like to cuddle? How would they cuddle?)
Well, Till often misinterprets or reacts with confusion to soft gestures and has a hard time processing gentle affection. That is not to say he hates it, he just didn't have a lot of it after he was stripped away from his Provider. And it also depends on like what time period it is?
When he was a child (before Anakt Garden) he would cuddle. If this was during Anakt Garden he would lay close to you but wouldn't out right cuddle you on his own, if you were to pull him into a hug while asleep he would tense up. He would be shaken awake and stare at you, he wouldn't push you away if youre asleep but congrats you will be kinda cuddling until you wake up and he jumps up to skedadle away.
During Alien stage... He lost his will to live! He would be shut off and too disconnected to even think about cuddling, he wouldn't react if you hugged him. Now if you were also in Alien stage he would be horribly worried, though he could never get the chance to properly talk to you in the chaos so later if you die he regrets not hugging you back!!!
Buttt... If you survive and both of you get taken to the Rebels base, he needs a few months but yes he will start cuddling with you more.
D = Domestic (Do they want to settle down? How are they at cooking and cleaning?)
Maybe in another universe LOLLL, Wait wait, okay so if you both were to survive Alien stage in the end somehow and get taken in by the rebels he would settle down? Kinda, I would assume you would be doing some dangerous stuff. Which, like yes he is gonna settle down with you in a committed relationship soon enough but you wont be able to settle down to live in one place.
I dont trust him with cooking. He can make sandwiches, canned soup and beans. He cant cook anything better because he literally never had the time, that doesnt mean he isnt willing to learn to do it in the future but for now you can't trust him with allat.
He can't clean that well either. He tries though, he really does but the moment he puts one paper out of place it becomes a jungle in matter of days. Though while he cant clean rooms he can clean objects really Well? Hear me out he can spend hours cleaning his motorcycle in the future because he finds it fun, but if you were to ask him to clean his room he would point to a messy Amazonian jungle and say 'soon'. (He does eventually clean his stuff but he procasinates)
E = Ending (If they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)
He would certainly hope it didn't come to that, if you got in a relationship with him be wont be able to leave you.
The only way the two of you would break up is if either one of you died or you are just too different and incompatiable with eachother, although that is not to say he wouldn't try fixing things, in the end if it becomes too much you would eventually break it off as mutually as possible and without any conflicts.
F = Fiance(e) (How do they feel about commitment? How quick would they want to get married?)
If he loves you and you love him back I dont see why he would have a hard time staying loyal. This is dream come true, he can commit without much issues.
Marriage? Lmao humans prob dont even know or understand the concept anymore! It took you both years to start dating since you had to first understand it.

G = Gentle (How gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)
Till is not a gentle person on the surface, he has a a deeply sensitive, warm, and affectionate core. He outwardly rebellious, loud and chaotic. He frequently picks fights and acts out as a coping Mechanism against his abusive Alien guardian. (eughh Urak eughh)
However underneath all that roughness and rebellious exterior, he is an awkward and shy Person towards humans (particularly *you* right here gasp)His violence is strictly directed towards both the Aliens and the System he despises.
H = Hugs (Do they like hugs? How often do they do it? What are their hugs like?)
He is shy. He doesnt use physically affection to show his love. He doesnt seek it out but if you are the type of person to enjoy hugs he would let you hug him...but not infront of other people cmon are you trying to kill this poor boy? Thouugghh... If you are in a death or life Situation he will give you one last hug, it's gonna be very tight so hold your breath for a minute.
I = I love you (How fast do they say the L-word?)
You better be joking lad....He doesnt, like... Ever. He doesnt understand those type of feelings. He is a yearner, he will never say it out loud.
J = Jealousy (How jealous do they get? What do they do when they’re jealous?)
He isn't a standard romantically jealous Person! Rather he is driven by a fear of abandonment and an avoidant attachment type of feeling instead of petty jealously.
If he was to get jealous somehow, it would be kinda obvious. He would be a little passive aggressive towards whoever is bothering you in his eyes and will simply drag you away. He would apologize later though!
K = Kisses (What are their kisses like? Where do they like to kiss you? Where do they like to be kissed?)
😛 Kisses are deep and meaningful, he is the type to kiss with devotion and the first time he kisses you he probably had to hype himself up. He thought about it for weeks and carefully attempted to plan it. If it doesnt work out he will be extremely embarassed and would skedadle away.
His go to kiss spot are your lips, hands and neck (specifically from behind.)He likes to be kissed anywhere on the face, lips... Cheeks.. Nose... Forehead...jaw, he loves it :]
L = Little ones (How are they around children?)
Almost everyone in the fandom seems to agree that Till adopted those kids at the end of Karma so, he's the trusted adult. Even if he might not be the most perfect parent he tries and most of the time he suceeds. He loves his kids ok?
He would put their lives before his first, he protects them and makes sure they are fed and cleaned. Though I feel like you wont ever feel safe enough to have a child of your own but you have like 5 kids you rescued and theyre already a handful to deal with.
So, He is deeply protective and he would try to offer unconditional warmth while struggling with his own trauma! Since he was the only one to feel maternal love from Io before he was ripped away from her.
Even after all the trauma he would still be a rebellious father, teaching his children how to fight and defend themselves against danger or unfair rules rather than submit to it. He is also quietly affectionate, he would struggle with soft and gently words and would instead Show his love through physical presence.
M = Morning (How are mornings spent with them?)
That chud is DROOOLING all over you, literally.
"Till close your damn mouth—"
While when you were both in Anakt Garden he would feel to embarassed and shy to lay down next to you and sleep on the same bed, Post—Karma Till is not letting you go anywhere. The grip of a angry cat. Mornings are slow, doesnt matter what timeline it is he needs his time to process the lights attacking his sight. He likes to stretch out a looot, big chance he's gonna accidentally push you off the bed just to hit that peak feeling.
And he looks like the type of person to run hot during the night so he often has the blanket covering just his torso.
N = Night (How are nights spent with them?)
Till during Anakt garden is knocked out cold within 5 minutes of him laying down,
Post-Karma Till is a whole other topic. He likes to do something before bed, get ready and then walk around the rebel base. He would often go and check on the kids, it's like a night ritual for him and he feels better if you come along aswell.
If you have long enough hair he would sit down on the bed with you and braid it and unbraid while talking to you, asking you about your day and what you did. Sometimes you would sit in silence while he braids your hair to keep his hands off his neck, but if you dont have long hair he would instead take out his notepad and draw you.
Getting to actually sleep is a bit difficult, he would have nightmares so he would be a little hesitant to sleep, but no matter how hard he tries to stay awake eventually he's gonna bbe forced down to lay down next to you and fall asleep!
O = Open (When would they start revealing things about themselves?)
He openly expresses intense emotions like anger, disgust, and happiness without holding back. But while his surface Emotions are transparent and obvious, his internal motives are much deeper and complex. It leads to more troubled and mixed feelings towards relationships. Although he is very expressive in his outbursts, he struggles with deep seated inner conflicts, particularly regarding affection and survival... He is hesitant to tell everything, to show his deeper feelings in fear of abandonment or judgement.
Ahem... The most chalant nonchalant guy in Anakt Garden... Post Karma he changes, he is older and more mature and definitely traumatized. He Deals with his Emotions in another way and is not as transparent as before, especially around the kids cuz like kids are mean little creatures and And he also had to be a good role model in a post alien Invasion apocalypse World yknow. (@whitehairedtwinklover gave me this idea, Thanks pooks mwah mwah)
P = Patience (How easily angered are they?)
Very little patience and is highly prone to emotional outbursts. He has low tolerance and frequently snaps, yells or freaks out when things dont go his way or something bothers him.
Also Vivinos has confirmed that Till is the most sensitive and delicate participant in Alien stage, thus causing him to act out on Impulse. Due to his trauma he uses an aggressive self defense type of coping mechanism.
He uses an angry or rebellious exterior to hide his deep trauma or anxiety. The only exception to his impatience is his devotion (as we can see with him and Mizi) But in the end during Alien stage when he looses Mizi or is pushed to his limit instead of lashing out and fighting he simply shuts down in a severe state of depression.
Q = Quizzes (How much would they remember about you? Do they remember every little detail you mention in passing, or do they kind of forget everything?)
Well... While he physically remembers his past, he struggles with deep psychological Blocks, as we can see with Ivan and Mizi, and alongside his Maternal Blank. It takes him months to heal and move on from things, he tries to rememeber, he has the memories but something is blocking them. Anything that you told him before Karma is blocked out.
But Post Karma Till tries even harder, either he mentally notes things or writes them down. You can ask him something but dont expect him to immediately blurt out the answer, give him a moment and he'll give an answer.

R = Remember (What is their favorite moment in your relationship?)
When he woke up in the rebel base and saw you survived too! And now my mind goes blank because I spent 5 days writting this and it's very hard to finish this.
S = Security (How protective are they? How would they protect you? How would they like to be protected?)
As I said before, he is fiercly protective of those he cares about. It's basically in his blood to protect, he would push you behind him if danger was infront of you.
He doesn't enjoy being the one protected, it makes him feel small and like he would fail to protect you if needed.He fights, he lunges at the dange or oppresor, alien or human, and often comes out with a few bruises from it aswell.
T = Try (How much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)
There isn't much to work with in the Alien World, if this was to take place during Anakt Garden he would try getting you two alone.
He would sneak in some food he kept from lunches and share it with you while you talked about either everything or nothing. He gives whatever he can craft on his own to you as a gift, most of the time its just decoration, he gets very happy if you keep them in your room.
Post-Karma, He was more to work with, he finds thrown out junk or scraps and takes them back with him to the base if he thinks you would like something like that. Fixes or cleans them up and during the night before bed he gives it to you without saying anything.
Dates are just as hard to do as before, so most of them take place in your rooms or on some secret rooftops. Again with you both sharing food and enjoying eachothers company.
U = Ugly (What would be some bad habits of theirs?)
For this, I'll Name three Bad habits and flaws
Severe Poor Communication: Till lacks the foundational social tools to express vulnerability. Rather than using words to establish boundaries or express discomfort, he defaults to harsh, blunt indifference or hostility towards things he doesn't understand or feels overwhelmed with.
Violent Outbursts: Till is prone to acting purely on raw emotion without considering the consequences. He frequently picks fights with others (most frequently with Ivan) and destroys property out of sheer frustration, like in Round two where he destroys the guitar.
Ruthless Focus on Survival: When pushed to the absolute edge on the stage, Till will do whatever it takes to survive. During the competition, like in Round two where he completely throws Acorn under the bus for his own survival.
V = Vanity (How concerned are they with their looks?)
Ibelieve Till is ugly in Canon? Ehhh, anyway. He wouldn't care too much, he doesnt wanna doll himself up for the Aliens. He would rather throw mud on himself than look clean for the Aliens. He would do the bare minimum, showering and cleaning his hair, putting on whatever cologne (do they have that) his stupid ahh alien guardian gave him and that's all.
He wouldn't do much about his face but if you wanted him he would try. If you asked to do your skincare on him during Anakt Garden he would huff but let you do it nonetheless, Post-karma he would be the same, just dont Touch his neck.
W = Whole (Would they feel incomplete without you?)
If you were to Die during Alien stage he would hallucinate you after he was brought to the rebel base, he would continue seeing you and feel this nagging feeling like something is missing. He wouldn't feel complete but he wouldnt understand why for months until one day it finally clicks...
If you were to survive alien stage with him but only die afterwards during a mission, He just crashes out. He goes out on his own, killing aliens or blowing stuff up until he comes back to base somewhere during nighttime. He doesnt feel complete ever after that, he eventually moves on but he will forever rememeber you.
X = Xtra (A random headcanon for them.)
Till is afraid to close his eyes in the shower.
Z = Zzz (What is a sleep habits of theirs?)
He snores like a car engine and sleeps in the weirdest and most uncomfrotable looking positions EVER and swears it up and down that he's never slept better.
