Hey armacheart, do you know what happened to Valiants blog? I can't find them anymore, only through reblogs and I can't even reblog the art I see through others :( I don't know whats happening. Is there something possibly wrong with my settings? Or is Tumblr just being weird again?
Ajgjdjajdj sorry for not answering, this ask somehow got buried ;;; if you still cant see valiants' stuff the reason might be either Tumblr is weird again or they blocked you. Not out of malicious intent or that you did something to piss them off but they often block blogs that look like bots. We got our friend to join Tumblr last year and they followed valiants' before they finished making their blog and starting reblogging and valiants took them for a bot. I know of someone who went to their kofi with like a dollar or something so they could send a message about it? And valiants' quickly unblocked them when they realized its a real person.

141 stuck in a small safe house with one bed. After a bit of arguing, they agreed Price could take it (old man jokes and all). Except Ghost decides he didn't care and his back hurt so he joined him. Then Soap decided the floor was too cold and bothered both of them by forcing himself between them. Finally, Gaz got lonely despite making himself comfortable on the couch. Naturally he laid across all of them.
That's how Laswell found them. She made to get some pictures before slamming the door to make them all jump out of bed. Then more pictures as they tried to get off the floor.

“If you look only at the trend of species declines, it would be easy to think that we’re failing to protect biodiversity, but you would not be looking at the full picture,” said Penny Langhammer, lead author of the study and Executive Vice President of Re:wild. “What we show with this paper is that conservation is, in fact, working to halt and reverse biodiversity loss. It is clear that conservation must be prioritized and receive significant additional resources and political support globally, while we simultaneously address the systemic drivers of biodiversity loss, such as unsustainable consumption and production.”
This massive meta analysis (for those not familiar, a study analyzing the results of many studies on similar topics) found that the vast majority of conservation efforts show much much better results than doing nothing. In many cases, biodiversity loss was not only stopped but reversed.
This shows that conservation efforts really work and money invested is put to very good use. Legally protecting endangered species really works, restoring habitat really works, removing invasive species really works, returning land to Indigenous communities works. All of the blood, sweat, and tears being poured into protecting the natural world has been making a real, big, tangible, difference on a global scale.
