So... y'all probably might've noticed that I haven't updated in a while.

Well, that's because college is fking with us.

I came home hoping I'd be able to properly dedicate my time to studying while getting to consume my mum's handmade food... well guess what? They're making us do some pharmac poster presentation on Thursday so they're calling us back.

And then pathology dept decided to assign us 4 new journals to complete.

AND I am, unfortunately, one of the treasurer secretaries of our college committee so my co treasurers and I have to go fund-hunting for the upcoming festivals (Ganesh chaturthi and Navratri), so we'll be going department to departure, resident to resident, asking for funds.

...I bought this on myself honestly. Why did I have to want to be the treasurer anyway?

Last night was one of our bimonthly meetings of a neurodivergent support group I'm in and I found out that the fainting spells I had been having ocassionally lately might be POTS so I asked my dad to see if we could get the Tilt Table Test done for me cuz it's frequency has been increasing. So gotta get that done as well...

today's got me feeling really guilty ngl. i once took a break (more like a 2 hr break ngl) and my dad comes in and asks why am I still scrolling and I was all "just a break da.." and he was like, "okay okay, you do, it's your exam, you'll do, I trust" and it just–

it hits me deep yk? the fact that he trusts me to do what I need to do and what am I doing with the trust? spending only 1 hr in the day studying?

my parents have never really forced me to study tbh. they would encourage me till 10th grade but in 11th and 12th I myself had the drive to study so tbh they just trusted I could do it, seeing the results. and i hate to admit I didn't live up to what they expected from me, I didn't get into the state's top medical colleges (which was in our city so i could've been close to home), instead I got one hundreds of kms away. now granted, they are still happy that it was a gov college cuz looking at their friends' children, they'd started to save up for private colleges too 😭

and thus, since then, they trust me. and I hate breaking that trust. especially now.

sorry for the rant guys.
