Other than that, life is good, even if I don't seem to get much done no matter what I do. I'm reading Skip Beat! (since the anime stopped mid-story) and watching Material Girl (BBC and very pretty), I built a frame for our poster of The Triumph of Death with my boyfriend, tomorrow I have to sign my brother up for his college lessons since he's still in San Francisco, my birthday weekend was awesome even though I had a headache that lasted four days, and next weekend my friend Esther will try to do my hair Roman stile. Or maybe Georgian. Who cares, there will be pretty curls involved.
But the best thing is that my job right now is reading plays by Lope the Vega in which the Lady folls for her Secretary, and UST ensues. UST! UST! UST!

Hay varias cosas que me traen loca en estos momentos, y quiero hablar de todas ellas, y como hablar de todo en un mismo post es como... poco efectivo en términos de fangirlismo (it's all so shiny! SO SHINY!), llevo como una semana pensando que debería postear más a menudo.
Hoy voy a hablar de Física o Química, esa serie que veo y no sé por qué. La veo con
rakshah; nos ponemos a ver cada capítulo en sincronización extrema (TRES! DOS! UN! ARA!!!!) y luego comentamos por gtalk, sin tanta exclamación tipo !!! como cuando veíamos Infidels pero con más JAJAJAJA. De largo.
Porque, a ver. ¿Cómo decir esto sin spoilers? ESTA SERIE NO TIENE SENTIDO. También tiene una ratio de personajes odiosos que sobrepasa toda medida humana (véase ránking al final). Y tiene plots TAN desaprovechados que soy incapaz de creérmelo (voy por el principio de la temporada 2, y, ¿hola? ¿Nadie vio cómo Oliver miraba a Fer? ¿HOLA?). Y encima tratan de manera... digamos poco adecuada temas que merecen más respeto (como el maltrato o el cáncer, joder).
Por otro lado, NO PUEDO DEJAR DE VERLA. No sólo porque me río con ellos y de ellos. O porque disfruto odiando personajes y hay otros que me tienen enamorada (OLIMPIA! ISAAC! VENID A MÍ!). Tiene momentos TAN GRANDES, TAN GRANDES, que casi pueden con el resto de cosas.
Además, está Gorka. AMO A GORKA. O sea, no, lo odio, es odioso, es un asco de persona, pero lo odio con tanto amor (y me río tanto con él) que tiene el puesto 0 de la lista de los más odiados, porque se merece estar ahí arriba pero, lo dicho. Lo amo. ¿Alguien me comprende?

Lo dejo ya, pero sepáis que estoy MUY interesada en todo lo que me queráis comentar de la serie esta loca.

I don't think there's anyone in my f-list reading the same things as I, but, in any case!
I wrote a Mina de Malfois fic, Arc/Mina (my first femmeslash!), unfortunately titled Archivist12 And The Tell-Tale Stomach. It's a present for Gnomad, it's all fluff and drama, and I had lots and lots of fun writing it, being a crazy Arc/Mina shipper meself.
Gnomad also got a Yule Madness fic for the same prompt, which I have to rec: Entire Complacency and Satisfaction.
Aaand I got the bestest fic ever! A preslashy Gene/Sam from Life On Mars (UK), The Fools on the Hill. Great Sam, greater yet Gene, and it's mostly those two not talking about things, drinking too much, fighting and sharing cigarrettes. I'm in love with this fic, really.
