I'm a fiction writer who grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, moved to Philadelphia and then back to Pittsburgh again. I live with my wonderful fiancée, Kristy and our two snakes, Hatshepsut and Rhiannon. I love all animals and take pains to educate people about them-particularly animals that folks are typically afraid of, such as snakes, spiders, sharks, et cetera. I also enjoy knitting, tinkering and video games and have been riding BMW motorcycles since the age of 5. My current bike is a 1995 R1100R.
