Characters: Crowe, Arumat, the Morphus

Notes: Follows Revification.
Bacchus offers to accompany him to the lower levels of the sanctuary, but Crowe doesn't want to be so far away. Instead Bacchus shows him the laboratories, and he spends the afternoon with Myuria and the students she tutors in symbology. In the evening Freesia lets him sit in her kitchen, and gives him vegetables to cut, and dumplings to fill.
When he can't sleep, he walks the empty marketplace until Giotto gently urges him home in the artificial dawn.
Freesia's sofa is occupied when he returns. Ghostly pale in medlab scrubs, Arumat glares up through his hair.
"I'm fine."
