sadly this cake did not have an easy journey from the bakery to the lab



but with a little scientific attention to details (note the lab coat)  and Asian need for perfection (note the chopsticks)

So today after a lovely time ticket taking at Young Frankenstein I decided to check out a new piece of art in Rockefeller Center.
It is called the Electric Fountain and it was designed by two British artists.  (and as I always say if it is English it HAS to be good)

It is basically cascading LED lights simulating a fountain.   It is pretty friggen massive and is going to be there till April  4th, so hell go check it out before the tourists find it.  (For the record there was no one around because it is like 12 degrees outside tonight)

I think the thought that comes to mind is ...why?




if only it were green when you opened it up...now THAT would be cool.   (for the record i am incredibly annoyed that the one box is facing the wrong way...this comes from years of working in retail)
