This community was created for those seeking information, advice or support in their fight for equal health coverage for trans employees, citizens or whatever. This community is for anyone fighting for rights, be it against employers, insurance co, governments, universities... anything.
This community is also very open to, and welcoming of allies
If you are thinking of fighting, already in the process, or have already completed your appeals then you are most welcome. Even if you were unsuccessful in your appeal please feel free to offer advice to those starting.

2) Confidence, some things in here are posted in a confidential nature. by joining you are legally agreeing not to disclose any information posted in this community (private or public posts) unless explicitly allowed by the poster.
3) I will not tolerate any critisim of which fights a person decides to take on.
you may not see someones battle as "hard core" enough for you, but too damn bad. It's important to the person DOING the fighting and this community is set up to help them in that fight. You dont know their personal proities, political situations or whatnot so it is not your job to tell them how to fight for their own rights.
