Hi Yuletide writer! I'm so excited that you are writing fic for me! Thankyou! Below are some general DNWs, likes and dislikes, and some specific prompts.

DNWs: Threat to pregnant women, babies, or children. Child abandonment or parental loss. Any mention or description of childbirth.

Likes: I like character- and romance-centric stories; I like humour; I like it when they solve crime; I like it a LOT when one or more of the characters are robots and/or have sex with robots. I like pining, hatesex, sex before love, friends to lovers, slow burn stories where everyone is on the same page and they just take a while to get there because they're in no hurry. I love worldbuilding. I love sexy stories, I love well-developed female characters and older characters, I love porn fic, I love sweet sappy romance, I love gen friendshipfic. I love kinkfic, found family stories, domestic fic, trans and genderqueer characters, people figuring out what they want and who they are together.

If you're interested in writing kinkfic, I would love that, and here are some specifics. I am into reading about lifestyle D/s, restraint (emotional and physical), humiliation play, size kink, embarrassment kink, consent play, flogging and other kinds of impact play, and violent sex. I really love reading stories that play with consent, eg. when the characters are unsure of what they want, or acting out a spoken/unspoken fantasy. So, dubcon is totally a yes-please. But I also really love stories about kink negotiation and enthusiastic consent. I LOVE seeing people in consent-play scenarios where they're empowered by their kink play to change other things about their lives. I'd be interested in reading hardcore sexy kink fic and also stories about how the characters integrate their kink(s) into their lives and relationships.

Things I don't like: embarrassment humour, fics which rely on me laughing at how stupid/mean someone is, or fatphobic or misogynist or homophobic or ableist tropes (ie. killing the woman/making her evil to get the men together; the queer person dies; a disability is magically fixed and/or is an opportunity for other characters to learn more about themselves or is 'inspirational'). I do not like reading descriptions of noncon rape, bullying and threat, or stories about pregnancy or childbirth.

Cracking the Cryptic (Simon Anthony, Phistomefel, Maverick)

I made a rec post if you're reading this letter but have no idea what this is! Basically, dear YT writer, go wild. I'm fascinated to see what you come up with. Simon is a soft perfect muffin, I love his quivering awe of Phistomefel (about whom I know nothing), and I love his ridiculous exasperation about Maverick. I could go for fantasy AU (Simon as hapless but brilliant wizard apprentice, Phistomefel as terrifying number deity?), romance (Maverick watches the channel??), something where, idk, Simon is transformed into a sudoku puzzle, or encounters a cursed sudoku puzzle, or... have fun!

Autonomous (Eliasz & Paladin)

I was so fascinated with the Paladin/Eliasz storyline. Their totally different understandings of gender and sexuality, and yet how they are drawn to each other, and they create something that seems like it might work. I found their relationship super sexy, and would love PWP, or kinkfic, or anything that explores how Eliasz is into Paladin being VERY BIG AND STRONG AND VIOLENT and Paladin is into Eliasz' pleasure and how he sees her, and how they do sex differently but want it together. Or I'd love something set after the book ends, when they're on Mars, that explores some of the questions left open in their relationship - will Eliasz come to a gentler and more open understanding of his own sexuality (ie. get over his internalized homophobia)? Will Paladin assert her non-humanness with him, will she continue to compromise in order to be with him, or will she start to feel the way he sees her? How will other humans and robots react to them on Mars? Note: I realize that they are both EXTREMELY VIOLENT and torture people without remorse, and I find that kind of beautiful, in a way, or at least, interesting in that Paladin has no reason to have morality and Eliasz has had his burned out of him, which is another tension I'd love to see explored. I would rather not read explicit torture, though, even if it is canon-typical. I'd also be happy to read something that is just about Paladin and her self-exploration.

Taskmaster (Greg Davies & Alex Horne)

I fully descended into this fandom recently and I just love everybody in this bar, basically. I love Alex Horne deeply and his weird kinky fantasy that he's turned into a successful television franchise. I also love Greg and how very Greg he is. I would be super into Alex/Greg kink fic of any kind - sexual, nonsexual, AU, canon (if that's an appropriate word here). I'm excited to see what you write. I'm particularly interested in the ways that the format of Taskmaster allows for obedience, service, and humiliation both public and subtle and non-obvious. I'd be delighted to read Greg/Alex but I'm also interested in Alex/Rhod, Alex/Liza, Alex/Sally, Alex/Desiree, basically any of the contestants who understood the show. I'd also be delighted with Greg/anyone who needs Taken In Hand. I'd also really love Mark/Nish, what an absolutely beautiful flowering of love that series was. Or, Mark/Greg, what happened with those texts????

Teixcalaan series by Arkady Martine (Mahit Dzamare, Yskandr Aghavn, Three Seagrass, Nineteen Adze)

Ok so, I haven't read the sequel yet but I'm planning to THIS WEEK, so I'll update this request when I've read it but it's also fine if you need to start now, I'm sorry, I thought I'd have got it from the library by now. Basically, I really ship Mahit Dzamare/Nineteen Adze/Yaskandr Aghavn (old or young) in any combination, and I was also delighted with Three Seagrass/Mahit. Nineteen Adze is the amazing ruthless hot older lady politician of my dreams. I loved the vividness of all the characters - Mahit's idealism and cleverness and starry-eyed love of everything Teixcalaan together with her resentment and awareness, Three Seagrass' goodness, Yskandr's drama, the poetry. I was really into the worldbuilding, particularly all the stuff about the police force and the possibility of them being somehow linked to an AI. One thing I'd rather not have is anything about the young clone heir. I found his situation very upsetting. I'd love to see your exploration of Teixcalaan, I wanted to see more of it.
