ABOUT


This is a Grasper Era RP,that is to say, it takes place during and around the high school years of the members of Nittle Grasper. This is a LJ/AIM RPG that is done in real time. Everyone must have an AIM screen name and a livejournal account for their character. Auditions are required, they are not very complicated and are described below, under auditions. The time being used on this rp is EST, if you need help finding the current time, feel free to ask me. We welcome original characters, or you may also feel free to read the journals and comment/interact with the characters as yourself. This RPG can range in rating anywhere from G - NC-17.




STORY


The RP begins one week before the start of school. Tohma will be starting his senior year, at the age of 17/18. Ryuichi will be transferring into that school as a sophmore at the age of 15/16. Noriko will be entering as a freshman at the age of 13/14, she has been put ahead a year. Feel free to try out for any character, though keep in mind the ages. For example, Tatsuha would only be a few months old at best. If you would like to know the age of a character, or have any other questions, feel free to message or email me. Applications




Unoriginal Characters (Manga/Anime)


Part one: Email a sample journal entry to the_killing_blow@hotmail.com It does not have to be any certain legnth, or have any specifics really, just go with what you think the character would write. In your email, include a brief summary of your role-play experience, your AIM screen name, and your name or nickname. There is a sample audition email in the welcome post.

Part two: I'll IM you. If I saw no problems with your email, I will contact you to set up the live audition. The live audition consists of a short role play through AIM and a short AIM conversation as your character. I may also ask you a few questions to see if you are suited for the role. You most likely will not know if you are approved upon completion of the audition.

Part three: Once you have been approved, you will need to create a livejournal and AIM screen name. You may also make an in character email address, though it is not mandatory. Come to this page, and join the community under your character account.



Original Characters


To apply for an original character, email a bio to the_killing_blow@hotmail.com.

In the other section, you should list anything that might be important for me to know.
I will email you back once I have read your bio. If you would rather be contacted through AIM, leave your screen name. You will then need to create an AIM name and Live Journal for your character. IC Email is optional, or feel free to use your own if the address name is fitting.

Your Bio does not need to be in your LJ info... unless your character would put it there.


Rules


Rule #1 Respect eachother.

Rule #2: Not everyone is the best roleplayer, but we are here to have fun. So, if you don't have anything nice to say....don't say anything at all. Also keep in mind that a lot of people are new to this type of Rpg. Help each other out, and don't hesitate to ask questions.

Rule #3: Try and keep your journals up to date, this doesn't mean you have to update five times a day or anything, just try and update more than once a month.

Rule #4: If a role-play session is not ended when one person gets offline(remember this is done in real time,) please arrange to complete it or sum it up promptly. Remember other peoples plots may rely on your characters actions.

Rule #5: Please find a way to let someone know if you won't be online, or are going on vacation for more than a week.

Rule #6: HAVE FUN!!!!

If you follow these few rules we should have no problem and all get along!
