Ouch, headache from hell this morning - dunno why... stiff neck or to little White Russian - maybe a bit of both... LOL

Was dead tired yesterday and fell asleep before 23.00... o_o
Hasn't happen since... dunno...
So guess who was wide awake at 5 this morning - yeah, me...
6 hours seems to be enough even if I've been dead on my feet... *sigh*
But I promtly refuse to get up at five in the morning on a Saturday, hell, I don't even get up that early on weekdays...
So I made myself fall asleep again and had a lovely dream of Jonne - of all people, never happen before... LOL

We were best of friends and played and joked around, almost like kids... Nice!
Maybe it was because I read the last posted chapther of Swans yesterday and thought that poor Jonne needed some distraction from worrying about Kris... LOL



There's a gathering in Gothenburg these days - I should have been there... *waves to evilgeniuslady, heartandcore and the rest* You're in my thoughts girls - hope you have a fabo time!

But sadly I had to cancel due to hubbys carcrash and the extra amount of money that's gonna cost us. At a point I almost had to cancel the Germany trip too, but found that I didn't have to - thank the powers that be. There will be a car to use (just dunno which) and everything else, except fuel, is already paid for or free, so... *is happy*

Later today seekie and I are gonna get our tattoo's... *bounces*

Oh, and I made some caps of Ville (Valo) from the gig at Rock Am Ring 2001 or was it 2003??? Jeeeez, I can't remember - sorry!
Anyway - he looks gorgeous here and he has those metall bands on each finger on both hands... *guh*
I made them 'cos I wanted Seekie to make me some icons of his hands... What a surprise, ehh?? *giggles*

Yesterday night I spend with Matti... *happysigh*
Listened to the new album while I read the lyrics; and a couple of them made more sense, as I thought they would.
Then I watched the concert dvd. It's from a concert held at Nosturi June 2006, before he cut his hair - this look is his best imo... *guh*
Made some (360!) caps, it wasn't easy 'cos Matti doesn't stand still and if he does, the camera moves or are out of focus... *sigh*
But I was able to get some good ones and some not so good, but I couldn't ditch them because of the looks on his face... LOL

This is not dial-up friendly, I'm only able to make caps in bmp and I didn't bother change them into jpg, but there isn't that many and they're worth the wait... ;)

Awwwww, spring is here!
And the first certain sign of that is Tinetroll is wearing trainers when outside and no socks when inside... LOL

In other news - one of my coworkers is pregnant. She have a 5 year old daughter from a early marriage and she's been wanting another kid, but her guy hasn't been ready (he hasn't any). But obviously she has convinced him otherwise... *giggles*
He walks on air in his own little bubble these days... ROFL
I'm happy for her!

Spend yesterday listening to music, Seekie had got some new singles from Private Line (heee, Japaaaaaaaa *giggles*), Bloodpit and Jann Wilde & Rose Avenue, she also got Jann...'s album - just for the fun of it, not because it's good... ROFL
The little ones, as we call them, where warm up act for Negative on their German tour this fall. Very sweet, adorable guys... ;)
And I brought my Japanese imported Negative cd's so Seekie could get those songs she didn't have...
Other than that we just talked, had "some" Ba... ehh coffee and lost our self in Seekies screen-saver... ROFL

Yet another slow day at work. I've always enjoyed beeing at work when "everyone" else has vacation, 'cos that means I get payed for browsing the internet, reading my f'list, updating my journal, etc. *giggles*
Another cold day, but not snowing.

Apparently there was/is a snow blizzard in the southern parts of Norway. Started just as people went home from work yesterday and it was soon impossible to drive. This morning there was an interview with a woman who had been in her car 14,5 hours, halfway between her work and home. Cars all around, not able to go anywhere - sheez...
They said there where cars in line both ways on the motorway between Kristiansand and Grimstad, that's about 50 km. This morning the police send out a message saying it was forbidden to drive on these roads, hoping that would help when trying to clear the road of snow so everyone on the road could get home or where ever they was supposed to go yesterday... *ggg*

Brrr - it was cold this morning, -12 degrees C and snowing! That's two things tthat seldom occurs at the same time...
So, it's a total caos in the city - again... *sigh*
I wonder what gets into people when they see something white comming down from the sky, I mean, we are in f... Norway - there's snow on the ground for at least 5 months a year (usually), you would think people get use to it... *throw hands in air*
The foreign trucks/trailers are the worst, though, with worn-out tires and no chains - won't get them far in this weather...

It's very quiet here at work... Boring!!!
It's mid-winter vacation (or what's it called in english), we call it winterholiday... All schools are closed for a week and lots of family's and folks travels, either to their cabins in the mountains to ski or down to Spain to have some sun...
And lots of my work mates have vacations too, so I'm almost alone in the office. Just Kenneth is here with me, but we have fun... *giggles*
He's a big Metallica fan and today he got the message he's been waiting for: Metallica is comming to Norway this summer!
He came in to my office, bouncing like mad *giggles* he's just as bad as me and Seekie... They're playing in Stockholm two days later, so I suggested he buy tickets for both gigs and be a serious "fangirl" for a week, but he didn't think his wife would approve... LOL
Btw, they're playing in Helsinki too.. And they usually have local bands as warm-up acts... *eyes Seekie*

And I'll end this rambling with some caps from Buffy, almost done now. Would've been long time ago if I'd remember to actually post them...

Has my Hugh - squeee gone??
The Prestige has been in the theatre for 7 days now and I still haven't seen it...
Ok, it's not in a theatre here in my town, I have to make a 45 min drive...
Wasn't a problem when I wanted to see Happy Feet and Flushed Away...
And I have been down with a back ache from hell the last 14 days, but that hasn't stopped me from doing things I wanted, including going to work...

I wonder if the Finnish Flu has gotten to me again...
I know, I've never been compleatly cured, but I got a long ok...

It's kind of every thing I care about nowadays, fandomways...
Yeah, I still watch Smallville (and Clark made me squee a bit), Supernatural, Stargate Atlantis and Bones, but it's not a must anymore - it'll still be there tomorrow...
Instead I search the net for pic's of a certain guitarist, listens to him talk (even though I can't understand a word, 'cos it's in Finnish), hear him play, not to mention - watching him play... *spaces out*
Buys similar jewelery and scarfs that he wears...
Have a calendar made with pic's of him, made a couple of mousemats with him on and a drinking bottle...
Another drinking bottle is very pink and sparkly...
Reads slashy porn story's about him...

*shakes head of self*

Best part (or worse) - I'm not alone... *giggles*
But I'm not gonna make this worse by posting pic's of him, instead you can have a new batch of Spike caps, while I think of what to do with my fandom worries... *ggg*

Oh the joy of Norwegian winter weather... *is sarcastic*
Last winter we had lots and lots of snow, this winter - not so much; try nothing... *sigh*
Make's it hard to keep the Christmas spirit and when Boxing Day comes with +5 degrees and fog... *shakes head*

Christmas Eve was spend at my brothers and mum was there too. Except for when all the presents where given out it was a quiet evening. I got some bed sheets, jewelry, chocolate, Bailey's, redwine and a Mastercard presentcard from my dad ;D

Christmas Day is a slow day here with us, it's no visiting going on, just me and hubby all day alone, watching movies and relax. I, of course, spend some time online... LOL
If I'm not to have contact with Seekie, one way or another, each day I would go nuts - luckily for me she feels the same way... ROFL

Today we're going to my sister-in-law to have dinner. We're gonna eat a Danish dish called "Grønn langkål", it's made of green cabbage, served with cold meat and lots of beer and Aquevite... May not sound good, but I like it very much and it's only once a year we get to have it. Hubby's mum was Danish, she use to make it, sadly she died almost 5 years ago so now it's sister-in-law who makes it. Mother-in-law's death came very suddenly and unexpected, but luckily (when it comes to the "Grønnkål") Linn Margrethe, the eldest grandchild had helped her out a couple of times and wrote it down...

No Aquevite for me though, I'm driving - besides I don't like it... LOL
Hubby does, so Christmas Eve and Boxing Day I'm chauffeur, rest of the year it's hubby... ROFL

Tomorrow it's dinner at mum's, then at Lillian's... *phew*
Rest of the year *giggles* we're spending at home, heat up the outdoor tub and have the Seekie family over.
And I can give her my perfect gift... LOL And get mine *is excited*
Reckon' there will be consumed some Bailey's too and lots of perving over Finnish rock guys...
Awww, I got to tell you... ROFL
Seekie attended a christening ceremony yesterday, she's Godmother to the child. Poor darling, she almost lost it in church... LOL The priest kept talking about Christus, how he loves us all and wants us and stuff. Seekie got distracted at once and thought of Sir Christus, the guitarist in Negative, whom she loves...
She had a hard time not making a complete loon of herself I promise you. "if the priest only could've stayed with the Jesus name it would've been ok..."
Lucky I wasn't there, we'd had to leave for sure... LMAO

So how's everybody doing? Getting there?? LOL
I'm one of those who doesn't have to have lots of stuff all around, in fact the less the better...
Besides, me and hubby rarely have visitors during the holiday. We're the ones going to others for dinner almost everyday.
And I like it that way, 'coz then I don't have to do all this stuff... LOL
seekie with hubby and maybe son is comming to spend some days, but that's all.
And they aren't guest's... *ggg*
And Seekie is allergic to the three, so I won't have one.. I know she'll have one herself (she has to), but I'll use that as an excuse to not have one up, then she'll have a break from the allergi when she visits... *is a good friend*
Can someone scratch my back, it itches, I think I'm developing wings here... *ROFL
Yeah, yeah, I know, they're not white... *giggles*

This is not gonna be a white christmas, we have had minus degrees 3 days in a row, but no snow and now it's "warm" again. And it will be for the rest of the week. I think Saturday I'm gonna talk hubby into doing the windows on the outside, I'll do the inside, then put out a few decorations and be done, together with the making of "sylte" and buying presents that's all I bother to do for preparations... *is lazy*

I realized it's a long time since I posted some caps, so here a new batch...
