I feel like I'm getting somewhere in the 'fat bride: slimer wife' quest today. Got the food shopping done yesterday and am feeling pretty chipper and motivated. I need to buy a wall bracket to properly hang my punchbag - currently we hoop it through a chin up bar and when I get going with the right hooks it wobbles furiously! I'm going to start back on the Wii fit once the kids are in bed. It is a cool little gadget and I haven't paid it nearly enough attention!
I've just made a soup and added Benefibre to it. I'll let you know if I poop my pants.
I am thoroughly enjoying twitter at the moment, it's really nice reading the musings of people cleverer than I!

Last night was of course EUROVISION party night! Every year peeps I went to University with arrive on the doorstep armed with sleeping bags & boxes of booze. Last night we had a Wogan theme, with Wogan posters and even a cut out of wogans face on the TV we weren't watching so we could pretend he was still on the telly. The night ended messily of course, with a good old sing song and the downing of shots. I lost the sweepstake and the chance to win a whopping £7. Damn! A great night though. Today I have TEH HUNGER. I could eat anything and everything. Luckily this has only taken the form of a chicken 7 mushroom pot noodle and some crisps. I really should be getting ready for work rather than sitting here in my pyjamas. boo.

I am freecycling 2 large bin bags full of toys. Some of them haven't even been played with! I am attacking the clutter with gusto today.
I am also freecycling our massive bedroom dressing table. As it's massive and our bedroom is not.
I am also freecycling over half of all the clothes we own. We have so much stuff!
I already feel lighter!

I think the Meh has finally left the building!
The weather is lovely today & although I am allergic to the entire world today I just took the kids and Lulu for a walk around the park. It was LOVELY! I also realized that Lulu recognizes the word FETCH, and actually fetches things when you ask her! Who has gotten rid of such an amazing dog!? And because she isn't house trained!? Absurd! Still, their loss is definitely our gain as we love the girl a zillion! As ignorant as it sounds, I only just realized that bitches have periods :o  And poor Lulu is on heat as we speak. It was very cute when Mike realized, he sat stroking her tummy and feeding her doggy chocolates :)  <3
Mke isn't having much luck finding work. He has applied for loads of stuff but so many companies have replied to him saying that they are putting recruitment on hold for a year or similar. The world is in a real mess at the moment, and the more I think about the longer away this 'return to normality' we're being promised seems. I am working a hell of a lot to try and bring a bit more money in, but with the silly hours my job entails I am shattered most of the time. Plus now we have no car I am walking 40 minutes to work and 40 minutes home every shift. Still, it should work towards some weight loss! I have quit Weight Watchers and the gym as combined that's a monthly saving of £57. Instead I am getting back into boxing training, walking the dog twice a day & also using the Wii Fit, which is quite a nifty little thing actually, especially for logging your weight and setting mini goals and things.
Potato salad with Southern style chicken for lunch. Yummy!

Things to do today

*Take Lulu for a 40 minute walk
*Track and point EVERYTHING that passes my lips
*Walk the 60 minutes to work (as we have no car any more!)
*Wash at least 3 washloads of clothes (so much washing to do due to my refusal to have the heating on to dry things then the four day rains came so I couldn't wash anything!)CAN'T DO AS IT'S RAINING AGAIN!
*Walk to Asda and back for weekend shopping
*Stay positive, and make no reference other than this to feeling meh

Lulu is settling in GREAT! She hasn't had any indoor wee/poo incidents, she eats well, she waits til we're walking for her poo poo times and she's really calm and lovely once we've gone to bed. She is awesomeness! We let her off the lead yesterday and she (shockingly!) came back to us when we called her! yay!
In other news, I am going to the Docs today. Can't shake this whole lethargy thing as well as the boob pain. I've lost the old enthusiasm and zest for life at the moment as I just seem to be so damn tired all the time.
On a lighter note, yay for Lulu, yay for my Husband, yay for Mia and yay for Emily for being cool!

A top 5 thing on Facebook asked which films stopped you going to the toilet in the middle of the night. This is mine. Still scares me at the age of 28!
