Indeed, the best things in life are free. Especially when they happen to be VIP tickets to Super Junior's concert.

I don't even think I have words to explain the pure awesomeness of seeing k-pop idols live and that much in your face. This certainly wasn't my first k-pop concert. I've seen both Big Bang and CN Blue live. But I had upper box tickets to both those shows and even if they blew my mind with their talent it would probably have been a hundred times more mind-blowing if I had better seats. Seeing Super Junior just a few feet away from me brought the experience to a whole different level.

There’s this guy I used to date in high school and he even took me to my junior prom. We were still pretty tight even after we stopped dating and we’d hang out a lot even after college. I’ve met his entire family, extended family included. Anyway, I’m Facebook friends with his younger sister and I just found out that she’d given birth to a baby girl whom they named Tatiana, but they call her Tia for short.

That’s my nickname. Now everyone keeps commenting about Baby Tia on my Facebook news feed and it’s confusing. This is not weird at all.

I know I haven't been on livejournal for a very long time. Things look different around here now. Since I've had this blog for over a decade, I wont be deleting it, even though I hardly use it anymore. I'll keep it, but won't be updating as much. So, for those of you who want to keep in touch, I'll just link you to where you can find me.

Another year older... still none the wiser.

It scares me to think that I turn 30 a year from now and I still have nothing to show for the life I've lived. I frustrates me that I've been in a quarter life crisis funk for the past 6 years. This is no way to live through my 20's. Seriously. It's agitating and panic-inducing.

Can we have time stop for a while? I need to think things through. I need to sort out my priorities. I have to find out what I want to do with my life. I feel like I'm on some deadline and that due date is fast approaching and I have done nothing to prepare for the test I'm about to face.

Stop the world. I want to get off.

Just saw the floor plan for our new house... I am excited about finally having my own room... But the new house will be so far from the rest of the city. The thing I like best about where we currently live is that it's so accessible to everything you'll ever need. The new house? Not so much.

Yet... MY. OWN. ROOM. 

Needless to say, I'll be looking through room design ideas from here on out. Heh.







I'll need money for all the new things I'll need in my room... O_O

Because I have an overwhelming amount of video footage from our Seoul trip in my phone (that and the sheer reluctance to let go of the experience), I made this amateur video montage thingamajiggy. Using Super Junior and SNSD's S.E.O.U.L. Song as its backdrop, this is merely a glimpse into our Seoul experience.

Also, given that I have absolutely no video editing skills to speak of, this was made using Windows Movie Maker. Hahaha. Cheers!

I would really want to watch this show if only for Casey Abrams. But I've spent way too much already and I have the upcoming trip to Korea. And the ticket prices are insane!
