Too much bread today. Toast for snack, then pretzels, then a sandwich. I think next week I should pass by the pretzels. lol
It seems like there hasn't been much success by the postings on the Mens Health board, but I'm hoping thats because those girls are already so close to their goal weight.
I'm back on track....i think. Its not really motivation as much as it is just being sick and tired of not making any progress. I have a closet full of clothes that are too big or too small and in the last 3 weeks i have lost the same 1.5 pounds.....twice.
Not complaining as much as leaving a note to myself lol It would be so nice to FINALLY reach goal. I'm hoping to reach a new low tomorrow, but I'm kinda hungry so I hope i ate enuf today. :)

Exams are next week and then I will be back :) Right now it seems i go days without turning my computer on.....its very sad. lol
So, i'm itching to get back to the couch to 5k. How many times would that be?? lol Well, i have a treadmill and I think i'm in better shape now thanks to the 3 million sets of stairs at work lol.
But today i have decided to take extreme action, well for me its extreme lol. I am going to give up chocolate. I can't seem to live with it, so like pepsi i have decided i would try living without it. lol I seem much better at telling myself not to have something than i am when it comes to trying to control how much i have.

I'm not sure I'll be exercising again anytime soon. On the other hand, I've got breakfast, lunch and my water under control. I just need to get the rest of the day under control. lol

I have been quite the slacker lately about dieting and posting lol. I did weigh-in and it was ok, only down a few ounces from last week, but down a pound from saturday's weigh-in so I'm not really disappointed.
I really like that dress. Graduation is 7 weeks away. So lets hope I just need a goal to get me moving. lol 15 pounds in 7 weeks would be really nice and that would put me into the 170's which seems a bit of a stretch. Oh, 'cause today i'm 194.2 lol
Anyways, the plan is to eat responsibly and work out a lot. lol

So I should really be happy about the average loss i had this week. Instead I'm just really frustrated about the small gain from yesterday which might have been ok, if I had seen a new number this week. The 194's and 195's can bite me...

Apparently starving is the way to go. :P Well I ended up just under 1100 calories yesterday, and I wasn't actually starving... so I can't complain. Just not sure I can do that 2 days in a row. lol
