Some catch-up posts:
- Cartoon Network Studios and Warner Brosm Animation are leaving their longtime homes (the CNS building and the WB Ranch) this month. They are both moving to a new WB building designed by Frank Gehry that looks kinda like floating icebergs.
- Primal and Rick and Morty both are nominated for Outstanding Animated Program at this year's Primetime Emmys. They compete with Bob's Burgers, Entergalactic, and The Simpsons.
- Not a single nominee for Outstanding Short Form Animated Program this year. None of the submissions received 9/10ths approval from the voters.
- As a reminder, kid programming no longer qualifies for Primetime Emmys. They compete in their own ceremony now.
Adult Swim schedule changes starting Monday:
12:30 - The Eric Andre Show
1:00 - The Boondocks
1:30 - Mike Tyson Mysteries
2:00 - Aqua
2:30 - Rick and Morty (repeat)
3:30 - Royal Crackers
4:00 - American Dad (repeat)
5:00 - Bob's Burgers (repeat)
Futurama is off weekdays, but still airs on the weekends. That Royal Crackers slot seems to imply DVR Theater is back.
