It’s Sunday 🕺 let’s take this opportunity to reset:
- Do some light movement to help reset your mind.
- Reflect on wins, challenges and lessons from the past week. Set goals and intentional for this coming week.
- Declutter and clean. Clear space = clear mind.
- Self care. Do a face mask, have a warm bath or read a book to unwind and relax.
- Prepare for Monday. Start the week on a high note, lay out your clothes and whatever else you need ready for the morning.
