My second post, hope I'm not annoying people =/
I want to loose 10lbs in a week.
Is 10 lbs weight loss possible in 7 days...
I worked it out like this...
Loss of 1.5 lbs per day,
1.5 (lbs) x 7 (days) = 10 (lbs)
So my problem is, how many calories (if any) will I need to consume to have a weight loss of 1.5lbs a day?
When I fast I loose 2-3lbs a day from the first 4-5 days and then after that I loose roughly 1-2lbs depending on my activity level
Im not a big exercise person but am willing to do it if it is reasonable and flexible.
So...3,500 calories = 1 lb of fat (fact)
taking out 500 calories daily from your normal diet will result in 1 lb lost in a week
will 200 to 500 calories a day make me loose 10lbs in 7 days??
If I include 3 days of fasting it may help right?

I am terrified of my stats so mail me if you REALLY want to know..but..
I want to be 98lbs and I am 5'7 and 18 years old.
I'm a bit shy with placeslike this but at the same time it's the only place like this where I can get out of my head what's eating me up (Play on words, see there? )
Anyway, I'm looking for a buddy, I'm a bulimic with anorexic tendencies so..it's binge purge fast binge purge fast..fast...binge...purge purge purge..fast..etc Im sure some of you are familiar with this.
I'm from the UK so if anyone else is, it would be kewl to be 'buddies'
