I broke my fast last night. We went and saw Corpse Bride- and I totally binged on popcorn (luckily, no "extra buttery topping") and (diet) lemon-aid. I'm definitely not proud, but I know I could have done alot worse! I'm going to the gym (and basically, just working out alot all day) and only drinking water and tea (along with my daily "meal" drink until the ice cream social Monday night, so I think that'll help makeup for my fatass mistakes.
I think the high 140s are my "plateau" though. I'm thinking of trying the 2468 diet (sometime in early November) if my weight doesn't start going down soon. I don't know how I feel about forcing myself to eat that much food. I don't think I have had a day (where I counted calories) that I ate 800 calories since August. Icky. So, has anyone ever tried this? Did it work? In fact, how exactly does the diet work? Call me stupid- but I don't understand how eating a little more everyday, helps you lose weight. Am I missing something? I was thinking about 24hour (water and tea) fasting after every 800 day (just to make me feel better), but would that ruin the whole diet? Another diet I have been thinking about trying- The Chocolate Diet. I don't know why... esp since I don't really like chocolate. I would use Sugar Free chocolate though- less calories and more fiber. And maybe I would allow myself to have that chocolate flavored "Smooth Move" herbal tea from the Health Food Store. That would provide my body with some vitamins and such... plus help move things along. I doubt I could find a diet buddy for that one though... I think I'm the only one crazy enough to try it. Seriously though, somebody tried The Chocolate Diet in stupidsizeme and lost 5.5lbs in just a few days!! She complained about it alot, but still she lost weight. Even if alot (of what you lose) is water weight.. I should drop a few pounds just because I can't eat alot of solid chocolate (*gag*) and all your allowed other than that (and the possible addition of SM tea) is water. Besides, wouldn't it be more interesting to read about than just my attempts to starve myself thin (hehe)?
I have a paid account now (Thanks, Baby! *kisses*), maybe I should make a poll and let all of you decide which diet I should try next? *thinks about it* Eh... too lazy. Maybe later? In fact... I'll update more later- I'm gonna go wake and bake, make aiden_boy and I (healthy) smoothies for breakfast, and get my fat ass to the gym! Later ya'll...

Last night, aiden_boy bought me 2 bottles of Disney Princess Vitamins. I promised I would take them every day, even on days when I fast. (I mean, It's Ariel! You better believe I'll pop them everyday!) I was wondering if anyone could help me understand what all the numbers on the bottle mean. All I see when I look at these MultiVitamins are mermaid shaped, chalky, fruity flavored supplements that make Aiden worry about me a little less. There are 2 different kinds- Disney Princess Complete MultiVitamins and Disney Princess Gummies MulitVitamins. You are suppose to take 2 Gummies daily- But since I am already taking a Complete (1 pill = 1 serving), that Aiden will be pleased (enough) with me taking only 1/2 a dose. Besides, this way I will run out of both bottles on the same day. With my one of each dose, I will consume

Update: I'm Alive

I know I haven't posted in forever, and my diet been like all over the place. I've been so busy, I've probably had a halfway decent diet. lol It's after next week when I should get nervous.

I've been keeping busy with tennis and school since it started. I've been afterschool almost everyday until at least 5 o'clock. Sometimes Janelle and I volunteer to work afterwards at the school consession stand for a sporting event and are busy the entire time, and earn money for our senior trip too.

I'm glad to see people getting along with their diets pretty nicely. :) With school, they proportion lunch, so I never overate there. hehe.

Yesterday, Aiden and I re-evaluated my diet limitations. I'm extreemly pleased with our compromises.
First of all, I am allowed to do The 10 Day Challenge. *claps*
Another thing. I'm allowed to "fast". I say "fast" because it isn't technacally fasting... just going 24hours without food. I know that this isn't good for you... and that it could do more damage to my body (and my diet) than good- but I honestly don't care. I want to have that feeling of complete control every now and then that only "fasting" can give me.

Last night, at the PRIDE meeting, we had to order our shirts. Since I wanna look girly- I was going to get a medium (so it show that I have boobs and such)... but then Aiden told me that the PS shirt (which is the only Tshirt that looks "good [enough]" on me) is a small. So... I reconcidered. Then, i figured that it fit me because it is all streached and such, and these are brand new... so I reconcidered again. THEN I thought about how I would be forced to wear the shirt (at least for events) and saw it as the perfect thinspiration! I can either lose weight and try to look good... or I can be a fatass-sausage-looking-thing everytime I play with the GBLT kids. Which would you choose? Yeah... me too.

On the way back to Subway (where we had parked and walked to the meeting) Aiden (out of the blue) said that if/when I reach 150lbs that I can start tanning (because apparently, my legs would be hot tan). More thinspiration? YES PLEASE!

I worked out twice today. Yet, I still feel like a lazy fat ass? Odd. I'm extreemly pleased, and completely unsatisfied at the same time. *groans* The only thing that I can figure- Is that I am disappointed in myself for not pushing myself. Granted, I was sweating and such (which is gross because I work out between classes at a school with no locker rooms/showers), but I didn't get to the point of psuhing myself and feeling it hardcore. I can't figure out is I get bored (I bet new songs on my MP3 player would help that) or if it is just that the thought of starting over at "0calories burned" doesn't motivate me after just completing a full workout session (on the CrossRamp). *shrug* All that aside... I still worked out twice today (and strangly enough, i'm not hungry at all... which is odd because working out normally makes me want to munch like whoa!).

French Toast

3 tbsp "All Whites" Egg Substitute (25calories)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract(6.5calories)
Healthy Living Spray Butter (0calories)
1 slice Healthy Living Sugar Free Bread (40calories)

Mix egg substitute and vanilla. Soak up mixture with bread. Spray skillet or griddle with butter spray. fry and eat. if you would like, top off with sugar free syurp.I choose to use cinammon (0calories) and splenda (0calories) as my topping- just to help keep my daily intake low (not to meantion, I don't have any syurp.) Regaurdless of what you top it with... I'm sure you'll love this recipe! I know I do!! And at 71.5calories per slice, who could resist?

We Bought a scale.
This morning it says 162.6 pounds.
Of course. It give you a different number everytime you move it even a slight bit.
Every time it was somewhere in the 160's though.
I'm so proud.
and so fucking happy!

Mix water and Lemon Juice. Microwave. Add Sweetener. Mix. Drink.

"Chinese Food"

4 cabbage leaves (3.6 calories, but I round up to 4,per leaf)
1 clove garlic (4.5 calories)
1/2 Tbsp Soy Sauce(5 calories)

Saute garlic and cabbage in skillet (use fat-free cooking spray to line). Top with Soy Sauce. Eat. Enjoy.
