It's my 5th day doing weight loss again. It's also my 1st day doing the thinchallenge.

I wasn't hungry today but I had a lot of calories. Probably around 1200. Which seems normal but actually since I'm in-between jobs & I just graduated from college, I haven't had anything over 900 calories in weeks.

So I feel really, really bloated right now. I probably should have taken it slow & eased into this lifestyle...

Anyway! Here's what I'm trying to do to cure my motivation problems:
1. Keeping a picture of myself when I was 130ish on my desk next to my computer.
2. This chick lost 90 lbs!!! I can freaking lose 40, c'mon!!
3. Keeping a journal again.

Boo I hate trying to lose weight. This time I don't feel like I'm completely in it. Why can't I do this? This is what I want! Gr!

Also I need to start walking everyday many times a day. & biking. I never leave my house. That isn't a great idea! Also, when I move, I want to move to a place that I can walk to places or at least bike. Save me gas & save me from this situation again.

Other: Well I've been trying to lose weight for about a year & a half now. My weight goes from around 165 to 150 then I get depressed with my plateau & I stop losing weight. Then I gain it all back. My main problem is motivation. That is my only struggle, really. Staying motivated. About two year ago when I was 20, I weighed 128 lbs. I felt amazing. I could go out in a bikini, I felt good with my body. That may seem a high height-weight ratio but actually, I have huge boobs so it just fits me, haha!

Anyway, I'm back on the wagon. Looking for more motivation.

I know this place is dead but hopefully my posts will inspire someone else one day. :]

Haha, I'm one of those really cool college kids. I'm currently attending a small private art college for photography and I'm a vegetarian. I'm excited about this community! at one point last year i was about 103....ive never been 120 until recently when i came back from italy and weighed myself. i blame it on the huge seafood dinners and all the sodium! i'm moving to nyc soon and don't want to go there without getting back into my normal weight. seems like no one has posted on here in a while though? hah

Have to do something!

So I'm back and have decided I need to do something about my weight again! I'm so sick of feeling fat, bloated and yuk!

Not sure which direction to go in, calorie counting, low fat, gi, cambridge, etc, etc...

What are you guys finding works for you? I need to lose around 3.5 stone!

Drinks and staying hydrated

As we all know, drinking and staying hydrated is hella important for your weightloss and health! But, as we all also know water tastes boring. I think we need a list of low fat/sugar/whatever drinks that have additatives to help you stay hydrated that dont taste boring. That should include hot and cold drinks.

There are alot of drinks other than water that give you awesome nutrients but dont have any effect of weight with sugar and preservatives/additives and stuff. I want to make a list for future refrence.
