Jenny Morris is a Senior Principal Solutions Architect at Vespa.ai, where she operates at the intersection of AI infrastructure and enterprise strategy, working with organizations to build scalable AI search, personalization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. With deep expertise in vector search, ranking systems, AI infrastructure, and cloud-native architectures, she turns experimental AI initiatives into production-ready platforms at enterprise scale. Prior to Vespa.ai, Jenny held technical leadership and solutions architecture roles at Weaviate, Elastic, Pivotal, and Oracle, helping enterprise customers modernize search and distributed systems at scale. Before moving into technical sales and architecture, she spent years designing and developing mission-critical production applications as an application developer and architect. An active speaker and technical author, Jenny brings the same rigor she applies to production systems to the stage and page, translating complex AI search and RAG architectures into practical frameworks practitioners can actually use. She holds master’s degrees in Computer Science and Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis.
