Awww, im glad they had such a good time. He's such a good storyteller. Now, the next things coming up is Chon's johnny cash cover and them going in the studio. No official word on when that begins though.

"Hello Everyone!

This is Duffs reporting in. I just wanted to take a minute to inform you all on exactly what is happening here at camp LED, and most importantly what is going on with our next album. Last summer we began writing our record and recorded half of it with bassist Ryan Sinn. We were happy with how things were going and planned ..ing things up in the fall. We then got offered a tour with Tiger Army as well as a successful headlining tour in Europe.

We took a short, but much needed break after all that touring and the holidays. After we resumed, LED had a member shift with Ryan saying farewell and Sean Jordan and Bryan Kelley-Holden joining. Writing resumed and we really started to focus ..ing the new songs. We then realized that we probably were only going to use 2 of the 5 songs recorded from last summer. So in turn, we began a writing frenzy as we prepared ourselves to hit the studio in May or June. However, we then found ourselves on tour with Goldfinger and were also offered the first 2 weeks of Warped Tour, leaving us only about 80 percent ready to make a record that we wanted to feel 100 percent about.

Timing is everything.

Recently I have gotten together with a good friend of mine by the name of Travis Richter. You might have seen him perform with his band From First To Last. If you haven't, you should. Their new record sounds amazing! Even if you've seen or heard of them before, check them out again. Last week, Travis showed me tracks both he and Lee Dyness (From First To Last, Mayday Parade) have been producing at their studio. As a studio geek myself, it didn't take long to convince me of what we needed to do here.

To make a long story short, the stuff Travis and Lee are doing sounds awesome and they have joined camp LED to produce our next full length record. We will be heading out to the southland of Georgia in August, with a solid team behind us, to spend more time in the studio then we've ever had the privilege of having. We'll be 100 percent ready to make what we feel, and know is our best work to date. We're stoked!

A million apologies for lack of updates, it seems like things will likely remain dead until new album buzz starts up.

But there is a new band shot which looks like it could have been taken inside Gilman. Though there are a million walls like that in cali, heh.



Thats the lineup as of now aswell for those of you who havent been able to keep up with the lineup changes. It goes Sean, Duffs, Chon, Tonio and Brian. There's also a current lineup in the info.

I was considering making a fotki or buzznet album full of LED pics videos. It would be good to have a good resource for that kind of think but I kind of hate buzznet.

Ideas?

Heeeeey.

So I definetly did go see Love Equals Death the other night and it was pretty rockin. SUPER small though, there was only like 20 people there. All of which were waiting for goldfinger and stood with their arms crossed. Wtf? I hate shows like that. I found it nearly impossible to just stand their while LED ruled hard in front of me. I believe the setlist went a little something like this:

Bombs over Brooklyn
Last Dance
Black Rain
Lottery
When We Fall
Frantic
Sonora
Caught in a trap

Probably a couple more that I forgot. I came pretty close to breaking my neck headbanging. I have the hair so its pretty nessecary. I talked to Chon for a little while after the show, he's such a sweetheart. I bought a shirt and he gave me some free stuff and a wonderful, sweaty hug. But unfortunatley I had to get out and smoke and there was no re-entry. Me and this other girl were the only two people there to even see them. It was a weird energy, there were all these little kids (like 10-14) there to see Goldfinger. There was some drama with the singer. And he came out before LED and threatened the audience to like them, hah!

And now im left with an extremely sore neck, some merch and regret for not staying longer.

I did take a couple pictures, but they are really crappy. My 'good' camera didn't work because the venue was completley neon and blacklighted. But nevertheless I share them with you. I had to hurry and get my camera out every time the lights came up and between all their running around and not photo-friendly lighting I only got three pictures lol.

And so concludes my little hourlong renedevous with a super badass band.

PS: Whats up with the outsiders? It seems like thats a little dead too. Maybe they're just ignoring me.

Im seeing them tommorow night. Im so stoked. It was such a sudden suprise, they announced the dates two days before mine. Luckily I was able to get money still. Photos and recap will of course follow soon after.

I'll definetly be evaluating the new guy.

Hey dudes. I did some minor tweaking to the layout and info. Im definetly going to make it about a billion times better but its better than it was.....kinda.

Hah, anyway I was wondering if anyone knew the first and last names of the current members? Only the firsts are on the myspace. If no one knows I figured it would be a good question to post on the LED boards.
