it's insane how often people assume people are faking aspd because they're polite.

as i see it, i do not care about you enough to be a dick to a random person unless you have started something or you are in my way. it gives me nothing to bully people for no reason, i look like a dick so i lose access to social capital and no pleasure or gain comes. i typically only act without reason when i feel extremely angry or bored. i don't go around targeting random people because im a real person and i live a real life. people with aspd are human beings with better or at least more stimulating shit to do most of the time than bully your boring ass

The fact that geese manage to actually scare so many people is such an interesting example of the predator instinct to avoid a confident animal.

Because we are predators, and Geese are prey animals with hollow bones, no teeth, and no claws. What they do have are wings to make them look bigger and a fuck off attitude. That attitude works on most people apparently.

Just "I'm gonna getcha" and as a species we fall for it almost every time.

Yeah they don't have teeth but they do have serrated edges on their bills that can act like teeth. They also apparently have spines on their tongue.

Probably still not much of a threat to adults, but they do have some tools to Get You with.

They do hit with their wings (which can really bruise), and they do absolutely have nails on those feet and they can cause damage with them.

But it's still funny that people are scared of them, because like... They're just not that big.

And "serrated" break is a bit of an exaggeration. It's ridged, there are bumps along the sides but they're made for grinding water plant stems, not chewing meat or anything. They have a pretty good pinch pressure, but of all the birds I've been bitten by, geese aren't high on the list of a threat.

But humans, as predators, want to avoid being hurt *at all.* Because an injury means not being able to hunt and not being able to hunt means potentially starving to death.

But geese are so so so easy to not get hurt by, and that's why it's funny.

so what i'm HEARING is that i could disrupt the social order of a group of people I was in by charging the goose right back bc it objectively doens't hurt that bad?

I mean. You could if you're an asshole.

The best way to not get hurt by geese is to leave them alone and respect that they're living things that don't want to be messed with.

But they're also exceptionally easy to befriend, if you're not an asshole to them. The problem is most people don't know how to not be an asshole to geese. Therein lies the rub.

You are 100% right, I have never been chased by a goose, not once in 41 years, because I wouldn't run from a fucking goose, and it cannot chase you if you don't run.

Geese are literally just animals. Here is me with one of my friend's geese many years ago.

They are not evil, they are not mean, they are not out to get you. They are animals. They are prey animals. They are defensive of their territory, their nests (because how would you like it if a giant invaded your nursery to look at your sleeping baby?? would you be super nice about it?? Would you gracefully and peacefully handle just Some Guy you don't know coming into your nursery against your will to look at and pick up your screaming kid?? like it's not even unreasonable behavior, people are just mad because it's an animal and they have weird beliefs about animals all having to allow human interaction), and their mates.

but they are literally just animals.

I would never be chased by a goose, because I don't run, but also because I leave them alone. And the few times I have had to interact, I was polite and they responded in kind.

A mated pair with 8 goslings in the narrow road I needed get down? PRIME candidates for being the "mean goose" everyone claims exists.

Yet, they moved politely out of the road when I got out and shooed them to the side, and they brought their muppet kids over to say hello when I greeted them properly. I gave them a few goose-safe treats and went on my way. No chasing, no attacking, no biting. One of the parents hissed a few times, but still bowed back when I bowed first.

I saw a lone goose in an Aldi parking lot earlier this year, and I brought over a cup of water and set it down, then backed away. It kept its distance while I was setting the cup down, but waddled right over to drink once I backed off. Didn't hiss once. Didn't chase me. Didn't try to get me.

Like, it's literally so easy to not be hurt by geese. I'm not talking out my ass; I've interacted with or been near so many geese and I've NEVER seen an actually aggressive one- only geese being harassed by humans into a provoked reaction.

I'm sorry to the people who got chased by one as a four year old or whatever and never recovered, but that's a you and/or your parents problem for bothering or allowing you to bother wild animals. Calling geese evil and nasty and mean because your parents allowed you to act inappropriately around animals as a toddler is an anthropomorphization that continues a cycle of wildlife harassment, because people feel justified in harassing "bad" animals.

And acting like I (or others) only think geese are not mean because I've never been chased by one is an excellent example of having fallen for their defensive mechanisms, as well as an excellent example of the attitude people have about geese that leads to people harassing and consequently getting attacked by geese.

So again..... leave them alone. You'll find them a lot more pleasant, and they'll like you a lot more.

I pass by geese at the city park I go to for walks, and they grrr at me as a warning while they keep munching grass. I softly say “hello geesles”and keep walking. Never had a problem. They just want their space.

Aspd & Schizospec culture is seeing through every social construct and being hyperaware of how society works. I see the way every human on this Earth is programmed by their government, family, status, country, etc… I think about it so much that I kind of feel like a conspiracy theorist. Why can't the rest of you see it? Don't you understand? I'm gonna end up driving myself even more crazy.

ASPD culture is seeing someone instantly putting themselves down while all-but forcing other people to try and comfort them, and wanting to go criticize them myself. Clearly that's what they want? They think they're shit, so why don't I go confirm it for them?

As a person who suffers from both NPD and AsPD, anger is one of my main emotions and I suffer from it severely and very frequently. The smallest of things can set me off and provoke my brain to abandon 90% of its logical thought and enter primal mode. I feel like an aggressive, instinctual animal when this anger hijack takes over and it can be extremely difficult to control myself. Anger is the 1# driving force and catalyst toward criminal and harmful behavior for narcs but especially antisocials. Anger goes hand in hand with our commorbid impulsivity and lack of morals/empathy which can lead to these such harmful actions. This anger not only puts people like you and I in jeopardy of consequences, but is extremely distressing and painful for us. To be extremely angry is extremely distressing, absolutely it is. The constant stress generates mass and frequent doses of adrenaline and cortisol to be released inside of our heads. It’s no joke or dramatization when I tell you this, but—chronic extreme anger can lead to severe physical health conditions sooner or later in life such as: severe damage to cardiovascular health, increased risk of heart attacks, increased risk of stroke, and long-term hypertension.

I’ve seen this specific subset of anger and aggression referred to online as both “sociopathic/psychopathic rage”, and, although more commonly, “narcissistic rage”.

Personally, some examples of a situation or occurrence that are very very likely to (99.9%) provoke my “narcissistic rage” are as follows:

•real or perceived slights- physical slights, verbal slights, slights in the form of a gesture. In essence, if I were to perceive that either a stranger or someone I personally know (this applies to all examples) had hidden a personal attack in an otherwise innocuous statement, question, comment or action- it would very well send me into a blind rage.

•promises being broken- I, as well as many other cluster b’s completely hate being/feeling lied to or manipulated. It feels like yet another instability to be betrayed by, which leads to…

•betrayal- no matter how slight, no matter by who. This one’s pretty much self explanatory.

•malicious audacity- most of the time, this is the only principle of an attack or insult to provoke one hundred percent of my anger. E.g. someone could insult my hair or clothes or any other subject that I otherwise wouldn’t care about, had it not been for the fact that the individual possessed the audacity to begin with. I don’t care much if at all about the personal options of others, but I do despise the audacity that it would take to voice them in such a way.

•malicious patheticism- such as, if I were to find out that a friend of a friend had been talking shit about me behind my back and not to my face. This especially pisses me off because of the cowardice; if you can’t say it to my face, you have no right to say it at all. Even more so, (here’s another example) if that same friend of a friend had spoke nasty about me to a direct friend of mine, and I had learned that my friend had passively agreed with the offender for validation instead of defending me. Which also ties in with the betrayal aspect.

•unfairness- and feeling helpless to the unfairness. this one is also self explanatory. Narcissists and antisocials tend to have a very strong sense of justice, especially in regard to themselves. Any feelings of mistreatment are severely unwelcome and subsequently unappreciated.

•feeling helpless in general- anger is a secondary emotion, which means that there must be another emotion to come before it in order to provoke it. Most commonly, defensiveness. We feel threatened 10x more than the neurotypical which leads to helplessness, which then leads to extreme feelings of anger.

•authority, or the concept of it- we don’t like being controlled, dictated, or told what to do. This can feel very unsettling as most if not all of us have been heavily traumatized as a result of putting our control in the hands of others at a young age. Authority as a concept is seen simply as an invasive species of danger that threatens us.

•imaginary thoughts of mine- this one probably is as crazy and as silly as it sounds. Nonexistent scenarios of insults or attacks or unfair, helpless situations that will themselves into my mind make me extremely angry. I classify these as obsessive compulsive intrusive thoughts, as I am always on edge about protecting myself.

and, last but not least,

•human ignorance- I’ll tell you there is nothing that boils my blood more than human ignorance. To a certain extent, all forms of ignorance are willful, though always preventable. Ignorance is the leading cause of all harmful decisions.

I hope that hearing my personal struggles on the topic of severe anger on behalf of my disordered personality may come as a comfort to any and all who can relate. If you do, I’m very sorry that you have to endure these such symptoms. I will tell you this- this current feeling will pass. Focus on breathing and occupying yourself to keep your overdriven mind distracted and active instead of stewing in the anger, because in my experience, rumination only makes it worse.

(((If you must— I only endorse legal actions of revenge out of risk of arrest and or other consequences. If you feel you absolutely must cuss an offending man or woman out, I strongly advise you do so, although without threatening severe bodily harm to your opponent. Choose these actions carefully, as you should. It is important to establish that you are not to be walked over whilst tactfully avoiding jail time. Hey, only joking, of course! ☺️)))

As always, this has been bisexualnarcissistcunt, and thank you for taking the time to read this blog.

leftist ASPD culture is not feeling any sympathy for other oppressed people, but a fuckton of rage for oppressors. being able to see/hear about the most horrible things happening to people and not reacting beyond an intellectualized "that's bad," but feeling physically ill from how much homicidal ideation the sound of bigoted ranting triggers in you.

why would you (generic you) choose to be nothing but loud, hateful, and willfully dense? your life has literally no value, KYS.

Call me pedantic, but my response to any and all "radical kindness is punk" type posts is still that you should just call yourself a hippie. Like that was the actual radical kindness movement. I'm not even saying that to be derogatory, I think the hippies were cool! I'm Californian, I owe a lot to those guys!

It's just weird to me that there's such a strong desire to ape the aesthetics of what's seen as a "cool" subculture that people are constantly try to revise the core of it when one there's a much more closely aligned one right there. Hell at this point I think I'd argue hippie fashion is a lot more repulsive to the modern conservative than punk stylings

The reason hippies gained a reputation for being cringe and uncool is because punk displaced them - most hippies were in truth middle-class white people who cleaned up and abandoned counterculture when the movement faltered, and those who didn't often became punks themselves (like Joe Strummer, John Lydon and the Crass collective) because they realised that this chill "radical kindness, hope is resistance" bollocks was a resounding failure that didn't accomplish anything.

The punk movement as a political vehicle was also a failure that squandered all its potential and failed to instigate any meaningful social change, but the people of Tumblr are hung up on it as the ultimate expression of cool rebellious counterculture from the dispossessed because the movement which actually picked up that torch in the wake of punk's decline was hip-hop, and the people here who say this stupid shit refuse to listen to it because, indeed much like hippies, they're a bunch of sheltered crackers roleplaying rebelliousness from their neat white suburbs.

So this is what Sam had to say about the Rookie crossover - as one comment below the video stated, a logistics answer to a values question.

A short summary:

1. the rookie people are big fans of dropout and wanted to work with them

2. Cast gets an opportunity to show off their acting chops on network TV

3. Reach - "the comparative audience size of a single episode of network TV and dropouts entire audience is close"

4. "An opportunity to see how they do it in the big leagues"

As for a response to the criticism, he said this:

"Now, look, I've heard obviously the mixed feedback. I respect the position of the folks that feel that way. You have a right to feel that way. You have a right to light me up on social media for sure. We're always listening to feedback and feedback will motivate our future decision-making and influence our future decision-making as a company. Um, in the meanwhile, I just hope some of you watch it because I think we were pretty funny."

Logistics answer to a values question! No conversation whatsoever about values (eg. Laws are threats, the rookie being funded in part by the LAPD, etc). But sure. He thinks they were pretty funny. Cool 👍

RIP Dropout. Was fun while it lasted.

it’s nice seeing other people starting to open their eyes to what i’ve been saying for a while in that the current use and proliferation of the term “gooning” is an outright tool of fascism

the second “gooning” stopped referring to a specific sexual practice and started to be used as a replacement for “masturbation” we needed to kill it immediately and sadly we didn’t

if you call someone a “masturbator” in a derisive way you sound like a fucking mormon but suddenly you switch to calling them a “gooner” and you’ve created a way to express the same puritanical beliefs around masturbation that is not only palatable to the average person but the attached underlying implications of the term make people way more susceptible to adopting those beliefs themselves

leftists need to fucking stop using the term “gooner” right fucking now

demonizing human sexuality and treating masturbation and sexual activity as deviant and disgusting are straight up fascist tools and it’s startling how successful this aspect of it has been the last few years
