Snakes with Stakes
TROUBLESHOOTING (Read if too zomed out / music out of time / ending credits dont appear):
If the game is really zoomed out (and you can see outside the map), reload and try the game a few times until it works
If you softlock, try pressing R and if you are still softlocked im sorry but you have to restart
If the music is out of sync, reload the page and eat the first biscuit quickly
If the ending credits don't appear, then move to the block directly over the ledge
Hopefully these bug wont appear, but if they do, sorry for the inconvenience :)

Move - WASD or Arrow Keys
Reset Position - R (or on pause menu)
Pause - Escape (Esc)

Loved it! It was quite easy since I spent hours in snakebird in the past; so I had the basics.
I know I'm a bit late to the party but I'm sure you can make it to a full game if you still want to.
Look at Snakebird if you haven't (OK I'm pretty sure you did already :D) and give more content based on their challenges? I can see spikes, water (maybe that do not kill you but forces you to swim to another place?), portals of teleportation, rotted fruits that remove 1 from your size, fans that pushes you side ways etc.
I'm terrible with level design, but I'm sure this base is enough to propose several "pits/levels" to the player with each having the overall same pace than the one you designed already.

Yeah we have seen snakebird before and it was a big inspiration, we did consider making this into a full game but we both have our own projects with a lot more depth than this game, thank you for the ideas tho!

Cute and fun! I enjoyed it. I like that even if you fall, each extension does let you get back up much faster, so the growth felt significant.
