Character summary: A scrappy little Londoner who’s been one of the X-men for just a few years, Leila’s given humanity just what they expect from a mutant: Her worst. Because of this, she has a criminal past and is often labeled a domestic terrorist because of her fighting for mutant rights, as her methods are less than peaceful. She finds the label funny. Professor X does not. Magneto has tried to use her contempt for society to pull her to his side on several occasions, but she chooses Kurt and the team over her personal beliefs.
