o.o Looks like there hasn't been any posts here for a while BUT...i was late joining this fandom D= My family just got satalite within the last month, so i've only just discovored it.
Why does every series i come in late on that i love end up already having been cancled? XD This show was pure gold! c'mon!

I recently discovered The Oblongs via adult swim. I looked it up and found out that it is actually nearly 5 years old. I just love the characters, the plot lines, and everything else.
Last night, my boyfriend and I were at a grocery store to buy some beer and when we went down the liquor aisle, I thought of Pickles in the liquor department remarking "I'm home".
I also love the Sklar brothers, they remind me of when I discovered that this incredibly beautiful, buff guy in my math class had a twin. I had no chance of dating either of them, but damn, were they nice to look at.
Anyway, this community doesn't seem too active, but I guess that is apropos for the show.
Doesn't look too overly active on here, but that's okay. I am here for moral support. :D
I saw The Oblongs for the first time about a month ago (waaay latecomer), and love it! Particularly Creepy Suzie. I have a thing for spooky cartoon girls. She can do embarrassing things to my corpse a la "Weekend at Bernie's" any day. (Or a la "when she's legal" XD)
I love Angus Oblong's site, he seems like my kind 'o guy. Eventually, I must apprehend his book and the dvd - since he encourages stealing it, I believe I shall have my clever-little-monkey minion friend do so for me.
Anyway, someone mentioned they had found a .jpg/had an icon of Creepy Susie, and I wondered if they would be so kind as to share (with credit, of course)? Nice to be here, I will give you fanarts if you so desire. :D
Well, not all stores, only at Best Buy for now.... those dastardly corporate types!
Price is somewhere around 35.00 per the newspaper ad I saw this morning... but at least its out now!
