Heello!

Hi! I wanted to share with all of you a new roleplaying game being formed that already has over a dozen characters, but welcomes more!

No one has taken any Final Fantasy character or Kingdom Hearts character, and any would be welcomed. Chaos Unraveled encourages characters to remain in character, but beyond that you are free to have them do what they like. Even an AU, or strange pairing (if pairing characters up is your fancy - it's by no means the goal of the game) is welcomed.

But newcomers are always welcome after that date! People who want to join afterwards and are afraid of being overwhelmed and not knowing what's going on - one, that's perfectly fine, since no one's expecting your character to, and two, the moderator will explain the plot up to that point for you if you ask! - don't worry!

My poor little community! I've been neglecting you so badly! But it's okay, because now I can make your userinfo all pretty and stuff!

BTW, if anyone is still a member here, FFVI will be on the gba on FEBUARY 6th!! I'm soo jazzed XDDD
Also, I was thinking of expanding the community dynamics to include other rpgs like NIS' Marl universe series of Tactics rpgs, and other Square games like Legend of Mana. Any thoughts? ^.^

In other news, FFXII, did you love it? hate it? Have you even played it yet!? :D How about Dirge of Cerberus? Did anyone have any thoughts about Advent Children or has anyone played FFIII on the DS yet? Tell us all about it! ^___________________^ What about KH2? Are you excited about the announcement of FFXIII??

All FFVI Fans Take Note

I don't know if anyone has seen this... There's quite a good chance since Caves of Narshe is quite a popular site but all the same it is too amazing to miss.
I found a Japanese commercial (don't worry, no words) for the Japanese version of FFVI, done in live action and CGI.. .with an incredible Terra actress! She looks exactly like Terra. I'm totally amazed even though I don't even particularly like her.

But this definitely gives me some hope they might find a decent cast if they were ever to make a live-action FFVI movie...

So, I can remember,
When I was younger and FF3-6 had just come out,
Joking with my friends about FFXXIX coming out someday and such....
And now, it doesn't seem that far fetched. v.v||
Graphics wise, the game looks alright I guess. But Thats never been something very high on my priorities list.
I still play my SNES on a regular basis afterall. And I love my SP because it's my snes jr.
So I'm hoping the story will be as good at the programing and character design appears to be.
Because lately, it seems like all potential games from Square have been pushed aside and/or neglected in favor of milking FFVII for all it's worth. Time will have to tell I suppose. And since I won't be getting a PS3 for a long long LONG time, I'll have to wait till the verdict comes in from you guys to see how it turned out. v.v *nodnod*

Kingdom Hearts II

So, how many people have this game already? :D It rocks my socks xD
While there are some things about the game that I think could definitely be better, I'm liking it quite a lot. And I'm so very glad my husband and I got it ^.^ I'm a little scared of what the fandom is going to do with all those Organization XIII boys. But eh, I'll burn that bridge when I come to it XD

Settled once and for all.

Okay, so whenver I see an rp, it usually says something along the lines of "You can change their personalities, but relations remain the same. I.E. Mikoto is still Zidanes sister, Jecht is still Tidus' father, ect."
And I always thought, 'I've never heard of Zidane and Mikoto being related'. So, I finally looked it up and you know what?
THEY AREN'T RELATED! >.<
Here's the line thats been causing the problems.

Zidane: Her name is Mokoto. She's kinda like my little sister.
(Mikoto): Wha--
Zidane: Mikoto! Listen to your big brother and make some friends!
Mikoto: H-How silly!

See, he says she's like his sister, not that she is his sister. Thats not a blood relation it's an emotional one. Meaning in an AU setting (Like say ff_unended), They could actually have a romantic relationship because the circumstances of their meeting would be different.
The truth is they're the same race, but aren't actually blood relations.
So! What does that mean for me?
It means, I get to put my mind at ease now because I finally know the answer to a question thats been dogging me for years,
AND! It means that in Unended, I shall adjust the rules accordingly. :D  (Should we ever get a Zidane Mun, that could be an interesting interaction)
