We are Thaqalayn Foundation (''Stichting Thaqalayn''), a registered foundation in the Netherlands, dedicated to the preservation and dissemination of Islamic textual heritage.
Mission and Objectives
At Thaqalayn, our core mission is the preservation, digitization, and worldwide dissemination of Islamic textual heritage, with a special focus on foundational texts such as the Quran and Hadith literature. Thaqalayn strives to promote intercultural dialogue and academic research by making these vital sources more accessible to a global audience.

Developing and maintaining the Thaqalayn Hadith Library, our digital platform and mobile application.
Indexing and Search
Indexing, and where appropriate, translating and making searchable a vast array of Islamic heritage materials, including significant Hadith collections.
Translation
Offering translations of classical texts into multiple languages, with an initial focus on English, to broaden understanding and accessibility.

The Thaqalayn Hadith Library
The Thaqalayn Hadith Library, a key initiative of Thaqalayn, is your source for exploring the classical hadith tradition of the Imāmī Shia Muslim school of thought. We believe that access to primary historical sources is a fundamental right, and our goal is to make it easier for everyone to access and study these important sources of faith and wisdom.
Our platform indexes a wide range of classical Imāmī hadith texts, including well-known collections and lesser-known works, from various scholars and transmitters. We use already available translations to make these texts available in Arabic and English side by side. We hope that this, in combination with the versatile search engine, can turn this platform into an aid for English-speaking researchers, students, and scholars.
