Mortal Kombat 2 was fantastic! If you miss 90s cheesy action like Xena and Buffy. I loved every second of this movie and can’t wait to go see it again. I even cried a couple times. If anyone didn’t know, Karl Urban got his start on both Xena and Hercules so that just adds another layer to the awesomeness.

Which is good, because I don’t really like him in the Boys, which I have mixed feelings about this season.

I just enjoyed a rewatch of Alien Earth. In fact, I like it better the second time because the ending makes more sense to me now.

I enjoyed Invincibles latest season, except that it felt way too short as usual. The last few episodes were some exceptional animation. The score/sound design is really good too.

I finally started Maul last night. It’s gorgeous and makes me want to rewatch Clone Wars and Rebels.

I have a con next week in Charleston that I’m getting ready for. I’ll be on panels for Star Trek, Star Wars, Heated Rivalry, and Aliens.

Reading: Five Points On an Invisible Line by Su J Sokol. I'm pretty engrossed in this, which is about an American refugee family trying to make lives for themselves in Montreal while dealing with trauma and all keeping secrets from each other.

Watching: Hahaha I am still making my way through Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent, which is mostly bad in a fun way.

Online events: I have been purely in person these days, though swamped with author events (yay?)

Gaming: I was finally able to return to my Star Trek Adventures game a few weeks ago, which was lovely, though my character didn't do much.

Writing: Not much, as I have two panels, two author talks, and two podcast episodes to prep for.

Arting: Got some book covers, so that's first up.

I have finished Dove by Georgia Harper, and wow, was it a good book. Watched Daredevil Reborn, The Boys, and Good Omens 3. I am going to go and see The Mandalorian and Grogu as well.
