Gaming: I have a game next weekend, let's see.
Writing: Yet another creatively stagnant week. I sent out a poem to about 10 places, so far got two rejections, waiting around for the other 8.
Arting: I'm planning some laser cut stuff.

Date: 2025-11-03 06:51 pm (UTC)From:Chernobyl - man, HBO can make the heck out of an historical TV show! This was so riveting. Even though I lived through this time, I don’t really remember it. This was a very good introduction to the disaster. They did a great job of making you care about the people who risked their lives and be fearful of politicians who put ego above science, safety, and truth. Also a neat game of spot the Andor/GOT/HotD/MCU actor.
The Help - I watched this on You Tube of all places. Very very good, funny, moving, eye opening. I don’t know if I’ll read the book, but as a southerner, I really need to watch more movies like this.
Weapons - this was so scary! And very different, fresh, and layered. I really enjoyed it.
