SOMETHING DIFFERENT.
I often think back to the day I launched this campaign. It was the day I could not stay silent anymore. I remember hearing my 70-year-old mother, a woman who has worked her entire life, crying because she was worried about how she was going to pay her bills. She broke her back on the job, and like so many Iowans she cannot afford to retire. She is still working to this day. I'm fighting for people like her. People who have been left behind by a system that favors the ultra-wealthy at the expense of the working class. I'm fighting for people who want their stories told. People who want something different.
I believe that everyone deserves leaders who understand their struggles. I am a working-class candidate aiming to bring working-class voices to the table.
It's time we stand up for our ideals, it's time we take on the status quo
Create millions of good-paying jobs through pro-worker reforms, union protection, infrastructure, and clean energy.
Guarantee Medicare for All so no one goes bankrupt or dies because they cannot afford care.
End legalized bribery in politics by overturning Citizens United and banning corporate PAC money.
Protect reproductive freedom, expand access to care for women, and fight for LGTBQ+ and civil rights.
