I'm Off Then: Losing and Finding Myself on the Camino de Santiago
„El camino comienza en su casa“ (The way starts at your home)
This should be a short view of my future traveling plans in the next two years.
Beside my normal work and my starting classes I thought about my traveling plans. Other then the travel to conventions I don´t travel. I asked myself why? Well, I won´t get younger and I will get older every year. XD So I should use my time and my spare money to travel a little bit.
Two weeks ago, I read Hape Kerkeling book "I'm Off Then: Losing and Finding Myself on the Camino de Santiago" for the second time. And like the first time I got the idea to follow his example and to go on a pilgrim in Spain.
Now, I´m not a sport ace. So I thought to try the German Way of St. James before I travel into a foreign country. Especially when I don´t speak Spain at all. ^__^
That means in the coming year I will try to explore the German pilgrims' paths. If I mange this then I will go on the Camino de Santiago in the year 2012. ^___^

It´s a long time....
...that I posted in my private journal. Real life took away most of my time. I´m sure the most of you will know this feeling that you don´t have enough time to do everything you want to do.
Many things have happened in that time since January. Good and bad one. :)
However, I´m okay, I´m alive and I finally find a bit more time again to get back to my old sphere of action. I can say one thing. I missed (some of) you very much and thought at you on at regular intervals. Even when I never have done anything to get in contact. :/ Bad me. Let´s say, I was overwhelmed by some things and got my hand full with events, work, private things and circle of friends.
Maybe a short update of my life. ^__°
1) I still have my job.
2) My classes for my studies will start at the 1th October. I will study psychology.
3) I´m still a Hetalia, KKM and GW fan.
4) My RPG hobby is narrowed down at one dressing room. I had no time to keep up with my games. Also, real life stressed me enough that I got a huge writerblock, especially with my Conrad and my Russia muse.
5) I´m still into cosplaying.
If you want to know more, tell me. ^__^ I´m willing to talk more about my life.

[Cosplay photos] The wonder of winter.....
We were only three people but we had a lot of fun. We met up for a photo shooting in the snow-covered park of Sanssoucci. Yes, that´s the place where Friedrich the Great has built his little castles and a big wonderful park. For more informations about that place you can click here (It´s in English, so don´t be afraid.)
It was cold! We had a snowstorm. Which was perfect for a few pictures but we had the feeling that we will freeze to dead. I didn´t want to get up from the ground anymore as Finland had beat me down. It was more comfortable to lay in the cold but soft snow and watch the grey sky than to get up again, to walk back to the car.
France had found water at this event...because she listened to Russia. XD Nothing serious happened, we tried out a small frozen river, to walk over.France got wet feet as she tried to climb up at the other side. She followed my direction, to bad that there the ice was only half frozen there. ^^; We had luck it was only a small canal and the water wasn´t deep. But the expression France made gave Finland and me a laughing flash. She looked so funny like "What the hell? Why is my face in the snow?"
So, I hope you like our pictures. I´m sure that we will do even more photos as long as the snow is lying around. XD Especially if I get my Sweden outfit done in the next weeks.

[Cosplay] Russia - The Blood of your life
"A snow-covered landscape awakes memories in me, of a time before the red flag has been hissed over the roof of my house.
The time where I could wander through the wide empty landscapes of Siberian for weeks, months, if not for years, to reach the last hideouts of my country. The time where the king was still ruling over the lands.
Alas! How far is the way until my dream is fulfilled, of a house full of other nations. A house which is filling you with warmness, which has open doors without locks. A house where nobody wants to run away. A house with a big garden full of sunflowers which tell us the story of the true life.
We stretch our hands to reach the sky, but in the end we are still rooted to the earth and we will return to it without reaching our goal, the eternal freedom behind the sky.
To lay here in the snow is the only rest I will give myself before I have to get back to work.
If just my dream would come closer to me...."

[Event-Hetalia] Photo-Tour through a winterwonderland.....
Hetalia Event - A Phototour through a winter landscape (Location: Stahnsdorfer Südwestfriedhof)
We through that it would be good to combine a photoshooting and a bit culture. We chose the Stahnsdorf South-Western Cemetery. The cemetery is old. If you want to know more about the place, this is the right link to go: http://www.suedwestkirchhof.de/con…
We plan to make another photoshooting there when spring or summer have came back in our land.
We had a wonderful time at this place. It´s a place which conveys a certain among of peace and quiet. We have visit different graves of famous German people. We have seen old buildings and statures and we visit the soldier graves of the World Wars I & II.
It was a wonderful sight for us. The woods lay quietly under a big and deep cover of snow. It was as if we would walk through a little winter wonderland. Here you can finally take a deep breath from the stressful time of the holiday season.
Under the LJ-cut you will find a lot of pictures. And I mean a lot! It´s image heavy! A friend of mine accompanied us and made the photos. ^__^ I hope we can show you a little of our experiences there and the wonderful landscape. A cemetery doesn´t have to be only a place for the mourning. It also can be a place for the living, to get away from a stressful life, to get a bit of quiet and peace.

[Cosplay & culture Event] Museum and Hetalia
We planned an culture event with cosplays. That means we wanted to visit different Museums and make photos of each other. The problem: I didn´t count that we will have a lot of tourists in Berlin at this time of the year. So the plan failed. One Museum didn´t have any tickets anymore. The other one was full that we would have to wait for hours for tickets, outside in the cold.
In the end we went inside the Germany Museum about the German History. What a good way to put yourself in a spot if you are dressed up as Germany. XD
Especially when you are running through the Dritte Reich Area of the museum. *coughs* Well, we made a few photos. Sadly, my new camera isn´t the best if the light is too dark. But we managed~!
We had a lot of fun. You will see, (half China), France, Austria, Belarus, Denmark and Germany. Sealand, America and England got lost somehow. We found them again as we were finished and got something to eat.

[Cosplay] Axis Powers Hetalia Christmas Event in Düsseldorf
My dear friends,
It was cold, rainy and I had to get up really early (3:30am) to get ready for my flight. BUT it was a funny event and worth the shivering and running of my nose. I felt like an iceblock as we finally got back to the train station to catch our rides and flights home.
