i'm nuts

breadcrumbs

alright so i'm a day late (and a dollar short).
unsurprising for anyone who knows me.
from now on i'll be two places at once.
i'll be here generally and here -> morelikeit personally.
that is, the blog is for whatever i feel i need to say in a grander, less specific way and the lj is for me, my life, etc.
it will overlap sometimes but the lj will always be friends only.

goodbye temporaryhero
you were fun (mostly) while it lasted (too long).

goodbye.

oh kurt. still gets me every time.

alright friends and others.
or whoever reads this.
this is it.
i'm moving.
i won't delete this (yet), just in case i don't know why.
one week.
mark your calendars.
then i'm gone.
but don't worry, i'll leave a trail of breadcrumbs and you can follow me if you like.

it was so windy today - the pale sides of leaves, ladies skirts. the humidity is finally moving out, if only for a short time. revel in it!

this is the key

this song is amazing.
i mean, it samples the lonely goatherd from the sound of music.
not sure what anyone else could ask for?

yodle-ay yodle-ay yodle-OH!

Celebrity Encounters: Amanda Bynes Edition

Amanda Bynes came into the Bloor St American Apparel today.
things of note:
- shorter in person. i have a feeling that everyone is. because "everyone" has been, so far.
- her hair is naturally wavy, which is bizarre?
- likes things short. she bought the cotton spandex jersey skort in every colour.
- also bought some velour (HOORAY. i love the velour!) joggers, the other skort, shorts (mesh and running), some boy beaters and a skirt.
- seemed like a genuinely nice girl
- likes the song "my sharona"
- thinks she's a lot bigger than she is (grabbed a bunch of XL's and L's when she clearly isn't)
- had to go to the bathroom
- is in town filming (another) film version of Hairspray.

otherwise i had a pretty uneventful day...
tonight it will be the social.
i new monday night ritual.
tonight drinks are A DOLLAR FIFTY before 1130.
ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS.
it's going to get messy, kids.
