See, that’s what the app is perfect for.

Sounds perfect Wahhhh, I don’t wanna

cainsign asked:

5, 10 and 15 for mulligan and 20, 25, and 30 for nico (and feel free to skip some if this is too many 😅)

5. What is your OC’s gender identity and sexual orientation? Is this also what they identify as in canon, or are they not (fully) aware?

Mulligan identifies as straight cis man, though tbh he’s never given gender too much thought. That’s mostly true, but now that he’s learned about aromanticism he’s slowly putting some things together >:3c

10. Does your OC have any physical scars? What is the story behind them?

He’s got a bunch, mostly from losing bar fights and being careless around industrial machinery. The notable ones are in his shin, from a compound fracture as a kid climbing on rocks unsupervised (and drunk), and one on the back of his head from the brass knuckles of a guy who walked in on him in bed with his (the guy’s) girlfriend

15. What is your OC’s fatal flaw?

His sense of dutyyyyyyy he would lay down and die if he thought that’s what was expected of him/ that would save his crew. Also his cowardice tbh. Weird combination

20. How quick is your OC to shift blame? Do they own up to their mistakes, or are they prone to start pointing fingers at others?

Nico is, let’s be honest, only ever blaming herself for things that are not actually her fault. She actively makes choices that harm herself and others? That’s just the product of the circumstances, nothing to be done. Things go badly because of circumstances outside of anyone’s control, or even because of unoredictable outside interference? She should have seen it coming, she should have known better, she should have stopped it.

25. What is your OC’s deepest desire? Would they ever ask for this?

Her deepest desire is to be human again. She has asked for it, but doesn’t think she deserves it enough to actually take the steps to make it happen. It’s a deeply selfish wish and she resents that.

30. How paranoid is your OC? How does this affect their daily life?

She is. Not a paranoid as she should be given all the people she’s pissed off. In general she’s very cavalier about the things that could actually hurt her (physically, emotionally, politically, socioeconomically, etc) but gets hypervigilant around unknown factors or things that pose a risk to the people around her.

Tommy you know you could never ask too many questions about my ocs. I love you. Mwah Nico Mulligan

wretcheddthing asked:

could mulligan handle a hot boat summer and what would his job be?

mulligan could not handle a hot boat summer on account of he has no joy or whimsy in his heart </3 but I have thought about him in relation to modern boat-realated industries and I think he’d end up being a pilot (as in a person who drives boats through a specific waterway). He would love studying for his pilotage exam & memorizing the exact location and description of every lighthouse on lake huron. And then he would love to make bonkers money to drive other people’s boats. Sit in front of their captain and give directions, never having a ship or crew of his own to get attached to, but knowing the rocks and water better than he knows himself…. yeah that’d do it

Mulligan Hehe fox you have asked me about my guy :3c The coast guard is the only aspect of the department of homeland security that I respect And they're not getting any funding right now so the whole licensing process is kind of fucked </3

kind of love it when someone is given a position of power they don't want and instead of being all reluctantly noble and stepping up to bravely bear the burden they're an immature cunt about it

i don't mean competently evil. i don't mean they get tragically and sexily corrupted into becoming a suave, sensual dominator. i mean they recognise the illusion of choice and privelege that they've been collared with and regress to crying and throwing fits and sulking and indulging in petty cruelty like an overgrown child in the hope that someone "better" will decide they're unfit to rule and take it all away from them.

mulligan To a degree.
