Kurt v Shawn Michaels is going to be one of the best matches on the card. I'm expecting this one to go on for a long, long time. I can see this turning into a 40-minute match for sure

This is a chilling thought. Everyone must read it, especially in this time before we go and give thanks for everything we have. Perhaps now we'll learn to appreciate things a little more.

I finally am getting a chance to see the Undertaker/Kurt Angle match from this past Thursday's Smackdown. How great was Kurt's reversal of UT's armlock? For those who didn't see it, UT had an armlock sitting on Kurt's shoulder. Kurt rolled up on top of his head and flipped UT into a pinning position. Just another in the long line of Kurt Angle innovations inside of the squared circle.

That's the sort of thing I want to see more of, not "OLD SCHOOL!" Good job on keeping things amazing, Captain Kurt.

Kurt Angle fights his way to his first PPV title defense in his fourth WWE Championship reign in a hard-fought battle against Brock Lesnar at Summerslam. Easily match of the night, and I'll go out on a limb and call it the WWE Match of the Year, even surpassing Kurt's title defense versus Chris Benoit at the Royal Rumble. Awesome stuff tonight:

-One F-5 countered into a tornado DDT
-One F-5 countered into a hurricanrana
-Straps go down! Angle Slam gets two!
-Straps go back up! Straps go down AGAIN!
-Ankle lock! Brock taps! But the ref's down!
-McMahon run-in with a chairshot! Brock hits a third F-5 spiking Angle into the mat headfirst! Angle kicks out at 2 9/10s!
-Brock goes for a final F-5 - rolled out of, right into the Ankle Lock! Brock makes the ropes, Angle drags him back! Three times! Cinches in the lock...

Lesnar taps! Lesnar taps! Lesnar taps!

Post-match Angle Slam puts McMahon through a chair, tagging a final exclamation point on a supremely awe-inspiring match.
