There's been some actual spring-like weather the past couple of weeks in the Suburbs of Despair, though yesterday's thunderstorm felt a bit atypical. The juncos have departed, replaced by FoY chipping sparrows and cow birds. Trees are leafing out and I've planted peas and lettuce in the garden. Here's hoping for a more successful growing seasion this year!
