Death toll from Israeli attacks on Lebanon reaches 3,213 — Health Ministry

Since the beginning of the military escalation, 9,737 people have been wounded

BEIRUT, May 26. /TASS/. Israeli air and ground forces continue to strike southern and eastern regions of Lebanon; over the past 24 hours, 28 people have been killed and 104 wounded, the country’s Health Ministry reported.

"The total number of civilians killed since the military escalation began on March 2 has reached 3,213, with 9,737 wounded," the ministry said in a report published on X.

Earlier in the day, settlements in the Nabatieh Governorate and the Beqaa Valley came under intense bombardment. "Rescue teams continue to clear debris at a number of locations; the number of dead and injured may rise," the Health Ministry noted.
