Julie Hesmondhalgh (born 25 February 1970[1]) played Judy Maddox in the Doctor Who television story Kerblam!. She also read the audiobook of the novelisation.
She shared her memories of the story on the 239th edition of Big Finish's charity podcast series Toby Hadoke's Who's Round.

She is best known for playing Hayley Cropper in Coronation Street for many years. She also featured in series 3 of Chris Chibnall's Broadchurch.
