Costume supervisors oversee the day-to-day use of the wardrobe on set and plan ahead, organising schedules, transport and verifying continuity. They may be required to organise and arrange costume purchases. As costumes start to wear and tear throughout the day, it is also their responsibility to oversee the washing and repair of the costumes.[1]

For series 1, this role was credited as wardrobe supervisor. Later on, for The War Between the Land and the Sea, both a costume supervisor and a wardrobe supervisor were credited on the same production.
