Arlo

Arlo was the leader of the Venus People. They believed that God was on Venus, and would come to Earth one day to end the world and save the faithful. They were associated with Viscount Rose. When the Waro slaughtered most of the Venus People, Arlo thought Rose had betrayed them and went to his estate to confront the Viscount. He was killed by Waro who were already there.
