Captain Chin Lee, on the Master's orders, attempted to kill Alcott by turning his fear of the Chinese against him, which manifested itself in the form of a legendary Chinese dragon-demon, but was stopped by the Third Doctor before doing so. (TV: The Mind of Evil)
