I'm almost hesitant to ask, but could some kind soul please upload the EP for me. A little while back, my iTunes delightfully surprised me by clearing out my entire library. I've been able to locate most of the files, but with a few inevitable exceptions. The amazing Tapes 'n Tapes EP being one of those unrecoverable ones.

I was going about my usual internet routine before jumping into work and stumbled across this little gem on the Pitchfork site.

Definitely worth checking out! The pics are pretty nice.

I thought you guys might like this. It's a short film made for Tapes 'n Tapes by comedian Aziz Anzari. The video includes some performance footage from the Pitchfork Festival and some mock interviews of the band.

In addition to featuring Tapes, it's overall a hilarious satire on the blogosphere buzz operation - definitely worth a view!

did anyone notice that 10 Gallon Ascots is labeled 10 Dollar Ascots when you play it on the computer? but on the sleeves, it's labeled correctly. just wanted to know if it's just my copy.

and i don't want to gush too much, but i really love this band. :D

and as a bonus just because it's hilarious the video of people watching the Letterman performance on tv at the Hexagon bar in Minneapolis. It's a well-loved dive and Tapes 'n Tapes have played it before.
