So...my icon community tanie_05_icons is no more. Frankly, nobody was watching, and more importantly, I never updated there anyway.

If you are looking for my caps...I'm sorry, I don't have them anymore. My external hard drive that held all of my caps/icons/etc. crashed, and I lost everything. My best suggestion is that you see cap_it, dj_capslock, or capitrequests.

If you're actually looking for my icons, stay tuned. I'll be posting them here in my journal from now on, I guess.

Anyway...this is now my awards post. I organized it. Yay. :)

Country living is overrated.

Give me the city anyday. It doesn't even have to be a big city. Just some place where I don't have to travel over 25 miles just to go to the movies.

Yeah...I had to drop my icons100 claim. LAME SAUCE, I know. Just check around the nets for more Princess and the Frog icons; I'm sure they were better than mine anyway. :)

Personal update after a bit.

Reggie. I think about that Labor Day Weekend and the days after a good bit. I've got a few of regrets about it, but I guess it's just something I've got to live with. Since then, I go out more since he was always prodding me to get out there.

...it's still so weird that he's not here anymore. I guess I never thought of my world without him.

I've finally gotten my computer back, and I'm back to working on my icons100, but I just felt like answering this one.

FAIL.

So, remember how last post I was telling you about how my computer is giving me trouble?

It died, like won't even start up dead. All it does is flash the lights like it's about to come on for a second, and it cuts right off.

It's at the repairman's shop now getting diagnosed (he thinks it may be the motherboard that needs replacing), but yeah, no computer for me for a bit.

I was trying to see if I could still carry on with my icons100 challenge on my parents' computer, but that banner up top (ugh...I don't like it...hate is the more appropriate word, honestly) is a sample of what I've got to work with until I get my laptop back.



BOO!



So until my computer's back, I'm out of commission. I've asked for an extension, so we'll see what happens.



Anyway, a more personal post will follow. Just updating as far as the icons go.

I'm back again!

Blurgh, the delay. Between a bit of creative block, spending time with my sister before she moved, work, being sick, and the TWO virus outbreaks I had on my computer, I hadn't gotten much done at first. The other day was when I remembered that I'm supposed to be done with this by April 15. Yikes.

Anyway, I've got 20 more this time. The new icons have the yellow heading on them. As always, comments (including tips/concrit!) are welcome. If you want any of these, you can take it/them. I'd love it if you just drop me a line about it; what can I say? It makes me feel good. :)

Anyway, I've decided to try an icons100 challenge for The Princess and the Frog 'cause I love this movie, and frankly, I just wanted to see if I could. I haven't made icons in a while, so forgive me if some of them aren't so hot.

4 days to the Superbowl!

I didn't see this picspam done yet, so I decided I'd go ahead and try it. It's my first picspam (hopefully not the last), so bear with me. :)

I picked this scene in particular because it's one of my favorite scenes of the movie. I can't sing worth a crap, but I sure try this song when I'm by myself in my car. ;) As sad as it is, there's something identifiable I can find with Mrs. Lovett and her one sided-adoration of Sweeney Todd. Some of Johnny Depp's faces are truly hilarious, though.
