For those who hardly venture out of LJ, like me, for fic, I bring you feeds via FF.net. Feeds gather data from other sites and post them to your journal's friends list. For any comm that has a delicious/diigo account for fills, I highly reccommend someone with a paid account to make a feed for it. I made 2 for the fills of the new and old Star Trek XI Kink Meme and now I never miss a thing.
