Typography has always been an obsession of mine. It's a passion I share with my Dad. We're constantly mocking bad typography and photographing good typography. Wordboner makes typography into art, and quite often manages to express just what I'm thinking.

My last picspam for this month's entry at picspammy, I promise. This time I am picspamming Cintia Dicker's amazing hair. Many of my flist know how obsessed I am with her hair. It's pretty damn mesmerizing.

For challenge 12 at picspammy, focusing on colour. Serenity is coloured beautifully. It has very obvious colour schemes, and each character kind of has their own colour.

I'm not sure how many of you know thiswholeflight, but her mother passed away a few days ago. She was 52 years old and weighed less that 50 pounds.

One thing that Heidi asked people to do was post about anorexia awareness in their journals, so that is what I am doing.

I am lucky enough to have had very little contact with this disease, but I can understand the devastating effect it can have on people and families. By some estimates, about 5% of women and 1% of men suffer from an eating disorder, such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia.

Please go and check out The National Eating Disorder Association's website where you can donate which I plan on doing after the holidays.

Okay folks. I'm off to Spain. For two whole weeks. It should be v. awesome. I expect to return burnt to a crisp and with lots of photos, so that'll be fun.
